XI - time traveling

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Harry asked, "i was going to kill you, Astrix, you know that?" He asked, Astrix threw away the bottle she was drinking, "yeah, but its better that way." Astrix responded. "I'll never forget the first time I walked through those doors. It'll be nice to do it again, as a free man. That was a noble thing you did back there. He doesn't deserve it." said sirius, "I didn't think my dad would have wanted his best friends to become killers." Harry responded, "Besides, dead, the truth dies with him. Alive, you're free." Astrix added

"Turn me into a flobberworm. Anything but the dementors!" Peter begged, "Ron! Haven't I been a good pet? You won't let them give me to the dementors, will you? I was your rat! Sweet, clever girl! Surely you won't - stupefy." A voice touched their ears, "Get away from her!" Astrix responded. "I don't know if you know, Harry.. but when you were born, James and Lily made me your godfather, and i am also the godfather kf Astrix, I know. I can understand if you choose to stay with your aunt and uncle but if you ever wanted a different home.." Sirius stayed silent, "What? Come and live with you?" Harry asked, "It's just a thought. I can understand if you don't want to." sirius responded,

a full moon comes up, Remus's eye turns a light green "fuck fuck fuck fuck.." Astrix repeated to herself, desperately trying to drink the wolfsbane she made in time. she couldnt even open the top to drink before loosing her mind "Astrix! ASTRIX! Astrix cmon, snap out of it!" Harry grabbed the bottle and opened it, "ASTRIX SIRIUS LUPIN LISTEN TO ME!" Harry was trying to stop the transformation, much like sirius.

Harry grabbed the back of Astrix's head and forced her to drink the wolfsbane, she finally regan conscious with her human brain. "You know the girl you truly are, Moony!" said Harry. the two looked behind and saw sirius, "This heart is where you truly live! Here! This flesh is only flesh!" it didnt work, remus was transforming as well with astrix. There was a terrible snarling noise. Lupin's head was lengthening. So was his body. His shoulders were hunching. Hair was sprouting visibly on his face and hands, which were curling into clawed paws "Harry!" the trio huddle together, "Wait. Wait." Hermione said, walking closer to Remus, he slashed her face with his claw. a whine was heard from Astrix "Hermione! Bad idea. Bad idea." Sirius transformed into a wolf and attacked sirius with Astrix. a howl was heard in the distance as Remus and Astrix go to it.

Harry runs through the woods and sees Sirius lying next to a lake. He runs down to him. "Sirius!" He turns Sirius over, revealing him to be unconscious. "No. Sirius!" he yelled. a low growl was heard behind him. "moony.." he whispered and hugged her arm. "hes dead.. HES DEAD..!" harry mourned.

THE NEXT DAY

"Astrix! Astrix my dear!" Remus yelled, "im sorry, i did this to you.." he started to cry. "its okay. you didnt mean it." Astrix responded, "Astrix, you're scars are like mine. its gonna stay with you." Remus started crying, "dont cry dad, you didnt have wolfsbane, its okay. scars can heal, i still love you." Astrix reassured, "i am sorry, pup. but its just if i hadnt been bitten, this never would've happened." Remus looked down. "its okay dad, trust me. please. its just a scar, it'll heal, you act like im gonna hate you for this, now, dont you have a class? you just go teach." Astrix said. "your right. i love you pup."Remus got up and left

"Listen, Harry, they've captured Sirius. Any minute the Dementors are going to perform the Kiss." Harry scrambled out of bed "You mean they're going to kill him?" Astrix asked, "No, it's worse, much worse. They're going to suck out his soul." Dumbledore enters. "Headmaster, you've got to stop them! They've got the wrong man!" Astrix pleaded, "It's true, sir, Sirius is innocent." Harry sided with her, Ron in bed with his leg still broken "It's Scabbers who did it." Ron added, "Scabbers?" Dumbeldore asked, "He's my rat, sir. He's not really a rat. Well, he was a rat. He was my brother Percy's rat, but then they gave him an owl and - Point is we know the truth. Please believe us." Hermione corrected, "I do, Miss Granger, but I'm sorry to say the word of three thirteen-year-old wizards will convince few others." he walks up to Ron's bed "A child's voice, however honest and true, is meaningless to those who have forgotten how to listen." As Dumbledore speaks he absentmindedly taps Ron's broken leg, causing Ron to yelp in pain. The Clock Tower starts chiming, and Dumbledore moves back towards the entrance. "Mysterious thing, time. Powerful. And when meddled with, dangerous. Sirius Black is in the topmost cell of the Dark Tower. You know the law, Miss Granger. You must not be seen, and you would do well, I feel, to return before this last chime. If not, the consequences are too ghastly to discuss. If you succeed tonight, more than one innocent life may be spared. Three turns should do it, I think." steps into the doorway but then turns back for one last comment "Oh, by the way: When in doubt, I found retracing my steps to be a wise place to begin. Good luck." he leaves
