I lay in bed as a knock comes to my door " wake up you 15 minutes late" I groan " I'm not going training dad" I say and try fall asleep

I run on the treadmill for 1 hour had to take off my hoodie
I stop and have water and do some sets after 4 hours I grab my hoodie ready to leave I go to the kitchen Kai is there I smile at him " you okay" I nod " I will be" I feel light headed
I look for some sugar treats " Kai where's the sugar stuff" " dad got rid of it all" I sit on the floor
" I need something is there not a can in the fridge" he looks and shakes his head I pull myself up off the floor " I-I'll be okay I'm going home" I walk to the door and nearly collapse to the floor
" wow" I see my eldest brother Elias " I'm going home" I say I'm the youngest at 18 " I'll take you" I nod we get in his car and we go to McDonald's" you need to stand up to him your gonna end up dead" I shake my head " rather be dead Elias" I say he eats and drive I just eat we sit in silence
