"Are you sure you're okay?" Chara asks again.

With a sigh, I turn to her. "Chara, Lady Dreemur, Princess," I say, a little annoyed. "I promise I am okay, and if at any point I'm not, you will be the first person I tell."

She pouts at that a little. "Sorry for caring."

"I know you're just worried but please, you've been like this for the past 3 days."

She crosses her arms. "Your eyes are still purple." She says, concern lacing her voice.

"Soul magic changes human's eyes all the time, it's been happening since Frisk left the underground."

"But-" I tap her on the nose softly.

"It's fine Princess, really."

She takes a moment to think about my words and finally sighs. "Kay."

I rest my hand on her head and ruffle her hair.

She sneers at me and smacks my hand off her head. "I told you not to do that." She grabs me by the collar threateningly. "And stop with the nicknames!"

I smile at her playfully, knowing full well how to push her buttons.

"And If I don't?" I coo.

She lets go of my shirt with a scoff. "You're so annoying."

"But I'm still your favorite~." I sing cheerily as I walk away.

"Yeah yeah." She shoos me away as she plops onto the couch. "Go to school already."

"You act all dismissive now but every time I get home you talk my ear off cause you missed me." I say with a grin.

I can see the back of her ears turn red with embarrassment. "S-Shut up and go!" She growls.

I snicker at this and grab my backpack off the dining room table.

"You know you can come if you'd like." I offer.

"I know." She responds dismissively.

I walk around and stand in front of the TV.

She doesn't say anything and stares blankly at the floor.

"Allow me to rephrase," I say, offering a hand. "I want you to come with me." I say bluntly, smiling at her.

Her face reddens a little. "If you just out and say it like that.." She mutters as she takes my hand.

Frisk

"Today's gonna be rough." I mumble as I go down the checklist.

"It shouldn't be our job to do this." Alysa says, clearly frustrated.

She's right of course but there's nothing we can do about it now.

"Just gotta get it done." I say with a sigh.

"Yeah, you're right." She begins going through the papers. "Have you finished printing the consent forms?"

"The printer jammed yesterday and the library wasn't open so we're short roughly 150 give or take 10." I answer as I begin drafting the email to the rest of the student council.

Alysa nods in acknowledgment and silently continues sorting out the various suggestions and or complaints filed by the student body.
