First time falling

Chapter 1

For the last time wake up!
No let me sleep Kade! I say as he hits me with a pillow as I groan.
He laughs and pulls my hand sits me up, I try to flop back down but he puts his hand on my shoulders stopping me.
FINE I groan out in defeat
NEW RECORD he yells out celebrating the fact that he got me up pretty quickly then the others as I roll my eyes and laugh quietly
"I seen that Tay Tay" he smiles winking and motioning 'the eyes on me action with his two fingers'
"Ya ya I need to get ready" I say as my bsf Riley calls and I awnser
"I'm serious Tay don't take to long"  he says on his way out waving to riley and shutting my door

It's the second week back to school i'm already super tired of it, I need coffee
Well that's what you get for taking six AP classes and no electives
You know that was Connors choice not mine, I have gym tho
"Oh ya" Riley says. Riley is a grade ahead of me, so she already taken that course but she wants to take it again and its a split class so theres freshman and sophomore's. Are only class we have together this semester :(
It's OK though because our friend group is kind of split so there's freshman and sophomores so our schedules are pretty good friend wise .
"Did you hear there's this new kid that's coming and he's apparently super hot and mysterious" Taylor says as i blush
"Okay anyways heres the fit" I say wearing jean shorts and a baby blue crop top with a Hawaiin patten on it.
"Thats so fucking cute, girl I'm so jealous you had the best glow up this year im so happy for you." She says
I slapped my hand on my heart "awhh thanks ry" I say smiling doing my mascara
We talk A little more as I hear a honk outside, I hear a moving truck and I look out the window and I see my brother Connor and Elijah helping someone bring in boxes.
"what was that" she says
Someone is moving and I don't really know, my brother is helping them
"Maybe it's that hot new guy" she jokes as I chuckle
"TAYLOR" I hear Elijah yell as they come back into the penthouse
" I'm getting ready" I say
"Your gonna be late lets go!" Connor says from downstairs
"COMING, sorry Taylor I gotta go" I say
"Ok want a iced carmel macchiato from starbies" she says
"Yes please" I say as my eyes bulge I LOVE COFFEE
"Bye boo" she says as we hang up
"TAYLOR" Connor yells from the kitchen
"I'm Coming!" i say as I walk down the stairs
" thank you, you got five minutes to eat and we gotta go Elijah is gonna drop you off on the way to the shop" Connor says ushering me into the kitchen as I give him a side hug
"Okay" I say smiling going over to the fridge getting the cold brew out while Hayden is putting away stuff and and Kade and Elijah are eating.
"Already made you one, with an extra pump of vanilla just how you like it" Hayden says coming up to me putting it back in the fridge kissing my forehead. Awh.
Kade gives me eggs as I sit down take one bite going on my phone taking funny snaps, getting distracted by it as per usual.
"You didn't even eat anything now your gonna be late hurry up"
I put my hands up and surrender " hey you're the one that wanted me to go to a private school 30 minutes away from our house" I say as he raises both his brows
"Ill take a protien bar" I say grabbing one off the counter as I look at my brothers some of them crossing there arms not approving of my breakfast
"Fine." Connor says
"Oh uh whos the person who moved in" I say trying to change the subject
"Oh uh you remember stefan and Hudson right?" Connor says
"Ofc she does they only been apart of are lives since what she was three" Elijah says
The 9-13  year age difference can be weird sometimes
"well anyways they're moving back here Stefan got the new job as head fire fighter so" Connor says
"and Hudson?" I say
" Well he'll be going to your school he starts on Thursday so I expect you to show him around today" Connor says
"No no please, hes such a jerk" I say
"I never understood why you 2 never really got along" Kade said going through some files on his latop
"I don't have time for this im goin to school" I say avoiding the discussion, I never told them what happened because I really respect Stefan and didn't want to cause any tension
Heres the backstory on that, when I was 12 just year before they moved out, he was my first crush and he said he didn't think I was pretty enough so ya:( My brothers hate when I get sad and think I'm really sensitive so

"Ok fine but were going to dinner with them later so as soon as you come home, homework right away no funny buisness Elijah and I will be home at 5, Kade's meeting us there"
"Kk" I say grabbing my coffee, sunglasses and my lip gloss walking out the door
"Hey wheres our hugs" Hayden says looking all butthurt
I go back hugging them hugging Kade last "love you sweetheart, no boys" he says as I playfully roll my eyes
"Cmon Kiddo" Elijah says grabbing his keys as we walk out the door
