Chapter 11

I hear a bunch of beeping and try to open my eyes but its so bright
"I think shes coming around" I hear someone say it was the paramedics from earlier
"Taylor honey try not to talk, your throats gonna be really tender ok?" Luke says
"Wheres hay-" I say coughing as I whine "oww" I say
"Taylor do you want your brothers" the other one louis asks as I nod
"Im gonna give you some more pain meds okay?" Luke says
"Taylor!" Hayden says practically running into the room hugging me
"Oh honey you scared us" Connor says hugging me
"Hey squirt" elijah says
"Hi princess " kade asks me
"Hows her vitals , did the xrays come back yet" kade started to ask them all these questions
"Her throats just very bruised she took quite a hit, don't worry shes on pain meds, hopefully itll keep her calm to" luke says
"I feel funny" I whisper kinda giggling
"Its just the meds" kade says
" try to keep her quiet ill be back" luke says
"He's really cute hayden" I whisper as he laughs
"I think she's gonna be fine" he says
"There concerned about the panic attacks too" I hear connor say as i look at him as he is talking to someone on the phone in the corner
"I will tell her that you called mom and dad, she said it hurts to talk-, no i think shes gonna be fine, ill have kade update you okay? Bye" he says as he comes and sits next to me on the bed
"Wat-water" I say coughing
Elijah gives me some water through a straw
"Are u hungry" I heard Connor say As I shake my head no
"Were so glad ur ok were so sorry baby" kade says
"What happened before we came in the room" Hayden said
I start tearing up as I remember everything
"Okay.. get some rest, we wont talk about this now" I hear connor say
I shake my head no clutching on to haydens hand "we wont leave or let anything happen to you" Hayden said as I hear the door open
I see Stefan and Hudson walk in with some ice cream and a couple of gifts
"Ice cream" I cough out as hudson gives it to me, he looked really sad. It killed me to see the expressions on his face when he saw me he was looking at my neck, i tried to sit up to see if i could see it
"Does it l-lo-look ba-bad" I cough out
"Shhh, don't talk, lay down you need to rest, you can have ice cream later" kade says laying me back down
"Shut your eyes squirt" Elijah says as I sigh nodding

5hrs later I woke back up, hayden was sleeping on the chair next to me and kade smiled at me
"Hi princess"
"No your not talking to her right now" I hear connor say to someone outside immediately making me jolt up of fear
Connor was talking to a cop he looked really stressed.
"Yes were pressing charges" i start to hear him say but kade tells me to relax and tries to distract me from it
"Home?" I mouth to him as he shakes his head
"Tomorrow"  he says as connor comes back inside
I start to look around the room
"Elijah went to get you some food" kade says, how does he do that
Kades girlfriend Val comes inside with a smile and goes to hug me "im glad ur ok my plane just landed"
She was supposed to come back today from a three month job As a head surgeon.
I made her a welcome back sign, cupcakes and everything
"Thanks for the cupcakes sweetie I can't wait to eat them, Kade brought them to me at the airport, tasty"she says as I smile slightly
I motion for my phone and Kade gives it to me, "only for a bit." He says
I giggled a bit at tiktoks, I think they were glad to see that as they smiled.
The rest of my stay was pretty boring, all I did was basically sleep and go on my phone every time I tried to talk they told me to keep quiet, I mean yeah it hurt when i talked but idk, i guess im just a talker, I had to stay for another 2 days just to make sure there's nothing else wrong and that swelling and bruising from my neck went down. They wanted to make sure that I didn't have any other panic attacks, since my throat already hurt enough they thought it would affect my breathing. They recommended a therapist and I tried to refuse but  Connor said we'll talk about it at home. They told me to eat soft foods only and we were about to leave, Connor gave me his hoodie because I was cold. Crazy times.
