First time falling

Chapter 10

A couple weeks later
Its been a couple weeks since this whole incident, and well lets just say. He's always here, i mean he doesn't talk to me unless he's with Hayden, but the two of them have been inseparable. I wasn't as mad about him pushing me anymore, I just keep my distance, Hayden really likes him. He doesn't really talk to me unless he's with Hayden but id like to keep it that way.
I was sitting on the couch next to kade and riley as I hear hayden come in with Jake. "Sup guys, and girls" Hayden says
I told Riley what happened and she hates his guts, she's only met him once but they barley talked.
"Where did you guys go" he asks
"To the mall, he got me Gucci and supreme" jake said
"I spoil him" hayden says "like all the time"
"Oh you love me" jake says messing around
"Do you want some other gold with that to" I say quietly to riley as she snorts.
"Taylor that was rude"  hayden said disappointed as I didn't think he heard me, the boys both left the room sighing to make dinner
"Sorry about that, I'll have to talk to her later" I heard him say as I roll my eyes
"Be nice Taylor, that was very unnecessary" Kade says as I roll my eyes
"What is up with you right now" he says
"Sorry" I say
"It's not me you need to apologize to, he's been nothing but nice, now go or riley goes home, he's family now" he says
"Fine, cmon riley" I say pretending to go in the kitchen but really go upstairs
Just between the living room and the kitchen theres a stair case, there was a wall in between so he couldn't see.
We were both on our phones watching TikTok and half doing homework until rileys mom came to pick her up, she got to sleep over yesterday cuz her parents were on a overnight business trip.
I heard hayden calling my name so I come downstairs
" while me and kade are going to finish off barbecuing ouside, I want you to get to know Jake, maybe help him finish baking, i know you would love to, plus you guys don't really talk and well he's important to me" he says. I sigh not really wanting to be in the same room with him especially by ourselves
"What I thought you liked him" Hayden said confused
"sure" I say crossing my arms
"Taylor?" He sighs
"No I do, I promise" I say as i give him a smile "im really glad you found someone who makes you really happy" I say
"Thanks Tay, ill be with kade outside, Connor and Elijah should be home soon

We both didn't talk for the first little while, it was very akward, I kinda just stood there.
"You know im pretty fun to talk to, if you were to just try" he says
"It's not like your making an effort either, plus you pushed me and didn't even apologize why would I talk to you" I say rolling my eyes expecting him to apoligize
"Well you were being a brat so..." ouch. There goes my last hope of him being nice
"What is wrong with you" I say as a tear falls, going to take the brownies out of the oven
"dont touch the brownies your a kid your gonna burn your hands, and frankly I don't wanna be responsible " he says as I ignore him
"Im not baby, I say taking them out as he pulls me back causing me to drop the pan with glass shattering everywhere, ruining the brownies
"What the hell taylor stop messing things up" he yells, i hate when people yell
" they're just brownies are you really that self-conscious that you think brownies can ruin your relationship" I say crying
"No only you can ruin it, cuz your gonna cry over it like a little bitch now move" he says shoving me to the side to pick up the pan
"No, let me pick it up!  just go!" I say wipping a tear,
"i hope hayden breaks up with you, im done pretending your not a piece of shit, for him" I say
He gets instantly mad at me and pushes me making me fall to the ground and I kick him right where you shouldn't kick a man. I was so scared he was gonna hurt me, I get up and try to run but he slams me into the wall with a hand on my throat, pushing on it as hard as he can. He didn't let go I couldn't breathe for like a solid minute it was like my life flashed before my eyes
"GET TF AWAY FROM HER" Hayden says running up to him punching him in the face slamming him into the wall instead  "GET OUT NOW, I NEVER WANNA SEE YOU AGAIN"
I hear someone running up to me but I couldn't make sense of what was going on as I struggle to catch my breath starting to panic. Im pretty sure it was kade. 
I hear alot of voices noises and alot of yelling, eventually all of a sudden I hear cops as I start to come to my senses a little, i think i blacked out for a second....
" kade-" I try to say but my throat really hurts
"Don't talk ok sweetie?" He says holding my hand
I saw Jake in handcuffs and i move my head and try to sit forward a little bit to see what was happening
"Kiddo relax for me" One of the paramedics say, as they lay me down on a stretcher placing a mask for me to breathe into over my face, I think it was kade's friends Louis and luke. They know everyone in this town.
We got in the ambulance and Kade tried to insert an iv into my arm but he was shaking and looked really nervous.
"I got it bro" I felt someone else insert it into my arm but I start to cry even more there was to much was going on at once
"Luke her bp is rising, get sedation ready, she's panicking, its gonna make it harder to breathe cuz her throat already injured"
"Im right here sweetie" I hear kade say as he holds my hand
The neighbors were all coming out to see what was going on as i hear Connor running up to me and Elijah and hayden screaming at Jake as he gets loaded into a police car. Jake looks like he got his ass beat.
I start to hyperventilate again and panic as I come to my senses about everything thats going on , the fighting , the choking, the yelling.
"Hey its gonna be okay" Connor says
"Sedation is going in" I hear luke say
"Just relax kiddo" kade says
Next thing you know everything went black
