Why did this have to happen to me?
Me of all people!
Me!
Why me?
Just me!

It's so awkward. Girls crowd around these three and start 'fan-girling' over them.

Like,
"omg you're so cute!"
"Can I get you're number?"
"Call me!"
"Come over sometime!"
Stuff like that.

"Wow. I've never gotten this much attention before." Brandon says proudly.

"Yup! I'm feelin' pretty fly right about now! Hahah!"
Riley announces.

I saw Owen crack a smile about it too.

Sigh.
Boys.

"So,... how long are you guys planning to follow me?" I ask the three boys walking behind me.

"Uh...!" They all stop and I turn around.

"I have to go to school, you know."

"We'll come with you!" They all say.

Kay when I say 'all', it doesn't include Owen.
He don't talk.

"How?" I tilt my head a little, confused.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And before I knew it,
There was a redhead, a seahorse and a prickle bush sitting next to me in class.
The teacher seemed super confused at first.
Then he straightened up.
"Okay, I guess they're sitting there. Is that alright with you Hannah?"
"I-"
"Yes! It's fine! Thanks sir!" The two, (that actually speak,) say, happily raising their hands.
Owen does too.
"Oh, well okay then." The teacher smirks. "I can't break the loving bond between the three of you."
"Uh!!" I can't believe my teacher!
The girls in the class all scream out of passion, impression, and crushing.
Crushing means they're all interested in the boys.
They're crushing on them.
All of them.
All.
Of them.
And I'm stuck in the middle.
I whisper just loud enough for only the boys to hear me.
"I wonder if I could un-dream you guys..."
"Don't sweat it. We're just getting some attention. Relax." Riley tells me.
"It is nice. I'll admit that." Brandon leans back in his chair.
"Mostly, in you're dreams, Hannah, we have to fight monsters and demons and battle things. It's exhausting and the challenges never change. So it's good to change."
"Hm."
I still wonder if they could go back.
I look behind me at Owen, who is asleep peacefully as the girls take his picture.
I sigh.
I didn't even think this was humanly possible.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After school, we walk home.

Brandon seems kinda calm. "Those girls sure seemed to like us."

"Wow! I got a lot of love confessions today!" Riley marches proudly.

"11 is a lot, but 13 is more. Isn't it?" Brandon walks calmly, boasting with his hands in his pockets.

Riley flips out. "13!?"

Owen taps Brandon's shoulder and holds up a sign with the number 23 on it.

Both boys yell at the same time. "You got 23?!"

"What?!"

"How you of all people?!"

"You were asleep more than half the time!"
