"Guys guess what!!" I run to the entrance of the man cave and get their attention.

"Hm?" They seem so confused.

Excited me, getting my shoes on and putting my hair in a ponytail, I tie it with a ribbon and keep talking.
"Guess! Guess!"

"We don't know." Brandon shares.

"We're going to a festival!"

They still seem confused.

Okay, I get that I haven't really explained much yet.
So lately, I received notice from the school that this Saturday, today, there was this new festival thing going on.
It had rides and games, a haunted house, all the stuff.

When I heard that everyone in the school was invited, I got excited.
Two reasons.
One, I got to go to a festival with my three and a half favorite people.
Yes. Jay was coming too.
And two, my crush was gonna be there.
He was the talk of the school.
Jonathan.
He's the most attractive boy on the school and I've liked him since I first laid eyes on him in my class.

Jonathan has dreamy light purple eyes and golden hair that fell perfectly over his face.

Drove me nuts.

Yeah. I was excited.
The only downside,
was that I'd only get to look at him.
Considering how all the girls in school loved him so much, I wouldn't get a chance to talk to him.

Damn.
But I was still gonna wear something nice.

I had a light pink dress on that went just above my knees. it was almost white.
Also I wore slightly deeper pink shoes and white socks that went all the way up my legs.

My hair in a ponytail with a thick white ribbon and little diamond studs for earrings.
They were my mom's, so I wanted her to know I still remembered her.

I told the boy's to get ready fast but still look good.

They did just that.
After ten minutes of picking out the clothes, wearing them, brushing their hair and putting their shoes on, the were all set.

Let me just say what they looked like.

Riley - white t-shirt and blue jeans with black runners.
Brandon - dark blue button up t-shirt and black pants with grey sneakers, along with a pin in his hair to keep a couple bangs out of the way.
Owen - plaid red and black long sleeve but has the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and dark blue jeans with dark green and light green runners.

That's pretty much it.

So we started heading to the festival.
It's called the 'Only Fair' festival.
Because it's only fair if everyone gets to go.
Hah.
Puns are great.

As we're walking down the street, we pass the bus.

It's kinda become a habit of looking at who's on the bus.
And I don't usually like that one habit in particular because the people on it look at me funny.

This time, I'm glad I looked on the bus.
Because I saw Jonathan sitting there all by himself reading a book.

No girls were around him.
It was perfect.

My heart starts to pound with excitement.
"I think we should go on the bus this time." I point out.

"Yeah, Don't count on it." Riley says, pulling me with him.

I try to resist but his grip is really strong.
"Riley,..." I try to tell him in hurts but the pain gets to my head.
"Ow..." I'm able to say aloud quietly.
