chapter 4

Max's POV

When we got back to the farm everyone was looking at the guest we walked him to the shed I sat down by him and asked Rick and Daryl to go get Hershel and bring back medical supplies I look at the young boy he starts to walk up I remember those eyes "Randall is it really you" the young boy looks up at me " who are you" I shake my head "Randall remember me we were friends and we study together in my bedroom on the farm and " Randall looks at me "and everyone thought we were dating because of how close we were omg Max it's you" I rapped my arms around his neck as so as I hear the door open I let go I start to patch Randall up when I'm done he is out like a light I walk out the door to see the group standing in a circle chatting I walk up to the group and I heard some of the chat saying we should kill the boy I get closer to the ground to hear Dale say he should live then I hear Lora say she wouldn't feel comfortable with Randall around I laughed out loud and everyone turned around and looked at me "the boy has a god damn name it's Randall and do yous not remember what happened to me when I should up with Dale to this group I had a shot gun put to the back of my fucking head hell that boy is my fucking friend I have known that boy for years at least Dale can agree to let Randall live what was one of your guys rules we don't kill the living sure the guys Randall ran with shot at yous but he did" I can see Rick looking at me "how do we know he didn't shoot at use" I look Rick dead in the eyes "because I taught him how to shoot at anything that moves Rick to hell with this. I have seen what Randall's group have done before they raped and killed a group I was in Randall tried to stop them but it was to late they did what they did to me and the group I was the lucky one I got away the rest got killed Randall saved me so if you kill him you aren't any better than that group" with that I walked away from the group with my crossbow and bolts and headed into the woods to let All my feelings out.

5 hours later

Rick's POV

"It's been five hours Hershel is this normal for him" I keep staring out the window at the woods "it's normal for Max to walk in those woods some time for days are you going to kill Randall because I'm with Max on this one I remember Randall we was so sweet on Max and after Daryl left and Max's drink problem went through the roof Randall use to go get Max and get Max to open up and they would sleep in the same bed Randall holding Max for hours on end" I look at Hershel "what do you mean by when Daryl left what are you saying Hershel" Hershel looked at me "Max and Daryl were a couple but when merel found out about them he made Daryl brake up and left the town Max was heartbroken but having Daryl back I think it's helping him again" I just nodded my head then I see someone come out of the woods it look like it was Max with a gun to Shane's head I ran out side and in to the field to my son and Shane "Max what are you doing " he looks at me "this man who you call your best friend has been sleeping with your wife and she is pregnant with his kid and he killed Randall then tried to kill me but I'm quicker Then this old man" with that I hear a gun shot go off but it wasn't from me and it wasn't from Max. Me and max both look to see Carl who had shot Shane in the head "that's for lying you peace of shit" I grabbed the gun from Carl's hands and we start walking back we Max turns around to see something coming so I turned around to see a fucking big herd of walkers coming we start to run back to the farm Max is already back at the farm when I got there

Max's POV

I had just got back to the farm and told everyone there's a herd coming for us everyone starts to get ready to leave I heard screaming coming from the field I run to see Carol and a walker trying to bite her I fired a round into it's head I see her get on to the back of Daryl's bike by time I got back everyone was gone "great they just left me to die here after everything I have done for this group for fuck sake" after being mad I see the bag of guns on the ground I start to make my way to the highway. When I get there it's almost day light I see a group of people standing around the hood of a car I grabbed a gun out of the bug and walked up to the group. When I closer to the group I can see Rick and Daryl so I think for a second then continue walking then I shout "yous left me yous left me to die" everyone one turn around and I saw the looks on their faces saying "how did he maxk it out of there"  I was so angry with Daryl and carol I walked passed Daryl and ran to Rick he had open arms "I thought I lost you son" I had tries coming out "I saved Carol but she didn't tell Daryl I was coming I was right behind her dad I was right behind her they left me for dead" once I had said that dad's arms got stronger around me I made my rounds hanging people when it was Daryl and Carols turn I walked away to feel hand grabbed mine "Max why haven't I got a hug from you" I pulled my hand away "because you and Carol life me for dead I saved her I was right behind her but yous left me to die" with that I walked away
