Chapter 8

Y/N's POV:

My friends and I were sitting at a restaurant having a late night dinner after our movie

I literally didn't pay attention the entire time. There was literally blood splattering everywhere and high pitched screaming but even that couldn't get my mind off of her

"So I take it that you and your girl worked things out?" Maria asked me as others were sitting at another table talking about who knows what

"No" I said since I was still angry

"That hickie on your next says otherwise" she says laughing

"Oh my god has that been noticeable this entire time?" I asked embarrassed as I placed my hand over it

"A little yea" she said

"That's embarrassing" I said laughing along with her

"Don't be. I'm happy you're getting some" she said "even if it's not with my best friend"

I looked over at Stacy as she was talking to the others

"She's not mad at me is she?" I asked feeling slightly guilty even though I didn't have to be

"No. A little upset yes but she could never be mad at you" she said

"Besides I think she's talking to someone else" she said

"She is?" I asked surprised but then smiled "good for her. She deserves someone better" I said

"Y/n you speak so little of yourself. You're such a great person anyone would be lucky to have you. I wish you'd see that" she said

"I'm just saying Stacy deserves someone who will treat her the way she deserves" I said

"If you know she deserves better you could've done it for her you know" maria said and I shook my head

"I couldn't. Especially not now" I said

"Camila" she said now knowing her name "has you in a chokehold" she said laughing making me laugh as well

"I can't blame you. She really is beautiful" she said "you should bring her around I'd like to get to know her"

"I don't know if that'll happen" I said

"Just because you're sleeping with her doesn't mean you can't be friends either. You did that with Stacy" she said

"Yea but her and I have history" I said "besides wouldn't it be awkward with her?"

"She won't care. She wants you to be happy" Maria said

"You're making me feel like an asshole" I said because Stacy truly cared about me

"You are an asshole. But we love you regardless" she said

"Yea well I love y'all too" I said putting my arm around her shoulder hugging her

"Do you want to talk about it?" She asked me

I pondered a bit because I wasn't sure if I was ready to open up to her. But I was also slightly high and when I'm high I just talk like an idiot

"Kinda-" I said wanting a girls perspective since Kevin would tell me to just fuck her

"So we agreed on the no strings thing" I said "but I also told her she has to make one day each week about me"

Maria slightly laughed

"Like so she only gets to sleep with you that day?" She asked and I nodded

"Yea basically but I also told her I get to take her out on a date in those days" I said
