Summer Consequences (Camila/y/n)

Chapter 34

Y/n's POV:

I huffed as I set down the last big piece of luggage from the conveyer belt.

I had decided to take Camila up on her offer and agreed to tag along to her trip to Paris.

At first it seemed like a fun little getaway with Camila, the plane ride was long but she cuddled with me as we watched movies, she read her books as I listened to music and we talked when we didn't sleep

I thought that maybe while Camila was working I'd just stay behind in the hotel or do my own exploring then when Camila had free time she would take me sightseeing since I've never been. It'd be a romantic trip

That thought slowly started to fade when we landed...

I began to grow a little intimidated as soon as her team started rushing us. It was a big group with us full of assistants, makeup artists, security guards, managers, and I don't even know who else

I stood quietly looking down at the floor with my hand on the handle of my luggage as the group was huddled up in a circle as someone went over schedules

Once that was over the huddle slowly dispersed as everyone started to gather their things

Camila came up to me

"Hey" she said

"Hey" I replied with a smile

"Look there's going to be a lot of people out there, just walk straight to the car, stay behind me and be quick" she said

I just nodded along to her directions

"Okay" was all that I could say

She squeezed my hand encouragingly and gave me a smile before they called her name and it was time to go

And just like that things started to move fast as everyone grabbed their things and walked. I immediately followed everyone and tried to stay behind Camila

As we made it outside the airport doors to the street there were a crowd of fans and camera men flashing their cameras like crazy

I just kept my head down as I moved. We made it to the cars and Camila safely got in and then I went to help put the luggage into the trunk of the van but someone grabbed me

"Y/n its fine you don't have to do that, get in" Camila's assistant Tori told me with a sweet tone as she grabbed my arm and dragged me into the car with her

I was confused but was soon seated right next to Camila who just gave me a smile.

The van door closed and we were soon on our way. Camila talked amongst her team about things they had to do while I quietly just looked out the window like a dog going on a car ride

I was just taking in everything that I could. It was all so interesting. I couldn't believe that I was actually here

I felt eyes on me and turned to my side to see Camila staring at me with a giddy smile

"What?" I asked confused thinking I had missed something

"Nothing it's just cute to see your reaction. I was the same way my first time" she said still with her cute grin

"Is this your first time in Paris Y/n?" Her makeup assistant asked me

"Y-yes" I said kind of bashful since it seemed like everyone in this car had been here plenty of times before

"You'll love it. It's all so beautiful" he replied and I smiled

"Is there anything specific you'd like to see?" Tori, Camila's assistant asked
