The episode begins at the Plantar Farm, where Anne and (Y/N) are currently teaching the family of frogs how to make pizza. Hop Pop is currently mixing some chopped food in a pot while the two humans are seeing Sprig and Polly's attempts at handling the dough, with the former having an easier experience.
Anne: There you go. Now you're getting it.
(Y/N): It's like catching a more squishy frisbee. (the dough then lands on Sprig's face.
Hop Pop: Anne, (Y/N), wanna chop us some veggies for me?
Anne: You got it, HP.
(Y/N): Absolutely, Hop Pop.
Anne starts by grabbing the cleaver, then a large white turnip and bounces it around her body and places it on the table, before cutting it into pieces with ease and puts them in a bowl. (Y/N) then takes the cleaver, grabs a nearby potato, before spinning the potato around in place and carefully peels the potato, before cutting them into equally sized chunks and places those into a bowl as well, as Hop Pop and Polly stare at them in amazement.
Hop Pop: Wow, where'd you two learn to cut like that?
Anne: You know, my parents actually owned a Thai restaurant back home. (pulls out her phone, which shows a picture of Domino) Ah, whoops. Hold on. (scrolls through the pictures until she finds one of the restaurant, known as Thai Go is shown) I used to work there all the time and help out. I hope they're doing okay without me.
Hop Pop: Well, how about that. A restaurant.
Polly: Pretty impressive, Anne. How about you, (Y/N)?
(Y/N): Well, my aunt wanted me to know how to look after myself if she or my uncle aren't around. So, one day, she gave me a bunch of cook books and told me to make some dishes in the pages. It took a few attempts, but I soon got the hang of it, and begun practicing a few tricks to make it more interesting.
Hop Pop: Dang, how old were you then?
(Y/N): Around seven years old. (scratches back of his head)
Anne: Dude, really?
Polly: Do you think you could teach me that trick you did?
Just before (Y/N) can answer any other questions, an explosion catches everyone's attention. Turing towards the source of that sound, they find Sprig laying in front of the stove, covered in soot, and has a face of disappointment.
Sprig: Yep, I blew up the pizza.
Hop Pop: Oh, dang it, Sprig. Well, looks like this meal's a bust. Who wants to eat out?
At that news, everyone cheers and leaves the farm, going in the direction that leads to Stumpy's Diner. As soon as they entered, however, the levels of excitement began to descend. There was moss growing on the seats and walls, cobwebs the size of tadpoles, food that's so disgusting not even the wildlife would eat it, the skeleton of a customer still in its seat, and a sleeping Wally with a massive lemon slice in his cup.
Anne: Oh, wow. This place is not to code.
(Y/N): What even happened here?
Hop Pop: Well, (Y/N), the owner of this place, Stumpy, used to have this place be one of the best buildings to visit in Wartwood, until some critics came along and gave some very harsh comments about the place. With every review, his motivation lowered until one day, he finally gave up. The restaurant went downhill quickly, and Stumpy hasn't been able to recover since.
After hearing that story, (Y/N) had an expression of sorrow for the chef of this place. He wishes he could do something about the critics, but deep down, he knows that those people can easily sway the votes of the public with a piece of paper and a few words. Soon, they find a comfortable and hygienic seat and sit down, taking a look at the menu in front of them.
