Officer Jeon Jungkook's latest murder case proved to be more complicated than he thought.
This is the latest book I stumbled across. I literally read it in one go. The plot kept getting interesting as we dive deep into the story. It's a translated version of a Chinese fic. So all the kudos goes to both the author and the translated-adapted author. It takes us through how Officer Jeon and Dr. Kim Seokjin meet due to a murder case , how the case is solved, and how our Officer Jeon slowly but steadily realizes he's in love with Dr Seokjin. The book is packed with lots of suspense and backstory. The plot starts so dark, and finally, the ending ,well it depends on the reader's perspective if they are satisfied or if it is justified, but I'm content. Spoiler : Epilogue and post-epilogue are really unexpected but also satisfying. The author put so much thought into it, and she successfully delivered the traits from each character without dragging the story.
