DEATH.

A peaceful feeling...

Yet my mind wasn't peaceful.

Muzan Kibutsuji was still alive.

... But did I really die ...?

I gasp loudly as I wake up.

I looked around...

'I'm... in a forest?'

'Is this Japan?'

'Why am I not dead?'

'What is happening?'

I began aimlessly walking...

After what seemed like a village.

People around were panicking and running. I noticed snake-looking creature terrorizing them, which I assume were demons.

I grab my sword hilt and get in position to behead them, until I heard a child speak up?

—???: "Take the candy! Take it all!"

He laughs evilly.

'... Is that human child commanding these demons?' I tilt my head.

—Snake: "This makes no sense, General. Raiding an entire town for sweets?"

'What? Sweets?'

I stand there dumbfounded.

I notice 4 men in Ninja outfit's arrive.

—Red Ninja: "You wanna play? How about a little Spinjitzu? Ninja, go!"

He spins in a weird manner and falls on the ground.

—Blue Ninja: "Okay, we're really out of shape."

I see these... 'Ninjas' fighting the demon snakes, getting a weird staff and putting it in a fountain which seemed to cleanse the villagers.

'These snakes... aren't demons... They can walk on the sun and do not eat humans...'

I approached the Ninjas.

—Red Ninja: "We're sorry, Sensei. If we dealt with Lloyd before he became a problem, none of this would've been necessary."

He apologized to a very old looking man. Assuming he's their sensei.

—Sensei: "Even lessons learned the hard way are lessons learned. Mmm... a great evil has been released. I fear troubling times will come. This is only the beginning."

—White Ninja: "Then we will train and be ready for the Serpentine."

—Me: "Apologies, may I inquire what are these... 'Serpentine' you're referring to...?"

They all turn to me in surprise. Yet I tilt my head, waiting for an answer.

—Blue Ninja: "Oh y'know— the snakes that just attacked the village...?"

I narrowed my eyes.

—Me: "Are these, perhaps... demons?"

They stare at me in confusion.

—White Ninja: "No, the serpentine are a race of talking serpents from ancient times. They aren't categorized into a 'demon' race."

I furrow my eyebrows.

—Me: "...What is the name of these lands?"

They look at me as if I'm a lunatic.

—White Ninja: "You are in Ninjago."

My frown deepened as my ears were met with an unknown word.

—Me: "Nin-ja-go...?"

The sensei notices my confusion and decides to question me.

—Sensei: "you seem to be unfamiliar with these lands. Where are you from, young lady?"

—Me: "I have lived my life entirely in the insides of Japan."

They share awkward glances amongst each other.

—Sensei: "We are afraid we don't know of such lands..."

...

—Me: "Eh?"

[...]

[Location: Monastery of Spinjitzu]

—Master "Wu: I see..."

He nods his head at the details I shared about me, my life and Japan.

—Me: "Are you aware of... what is this situation I am stuck in?"

—Master Wu: "Young Lady, you seem to have been transported from a different world to ours."

I frown. It was obvious, all of it in here was unfamiliar... but I did not want to face this reality...

—Me: "I... comprehend..."

—Master Wu: "I can offer you to stay with us. Until you have a better comprehension of your situation."

I take a minute to think and nod to him.

—Me: "That would be of great help... you have my gratitude."

Master Wu smiles.

—Master Wu: "You are very welcome. I believe destiny has brought you here for a reason."
