Chapter 27. History of a young man

- Lolli POV -

I told them the history of Vincent Scott. I don't have all the full details but I told them that we can make a trip to Haley's home and talk to her about it, only if she's comfortable with it.

"Seth, Matteo, Forest!!" I yell

They all come towards me.
Everyone was a little sober so we were able to leave.

"We're gonna go to Haley's place. I want to know the full story." I tell them.

"Alright" Matteo sighs but is ready to leave.

We start heading to the car, Matteo was driving since everyone was sobering up. I want to know more about Vincent. His story seems to be missing pieces, as if we are working on a puzzle.
We all get in and I tell Matteo the directions as I'm sitting in the front to talk to him.

~ At Haley's Home ~

- Haley's POV -

I heard a knock at the door. I went to open it and I seen Lolli, Seth, Matteo, and Forest. I started to question where Jax was until I realized Matteo and Seth were with Forest, and so was Lolli.

"Can we come in?" Lolli asked.

"Sure...what's up?"

"We want to know the story of Vincent, your brother...only if your comfortable to talk about it." Forest said.

"Sure, sit on the couch and I'll get some water for everyone." I reply.

My side of the story about Vincent is somewhat lengthy but I didn't mind telling them, but first I had questions to ask.
As I came back with the water I asked.

"Why do y'all want to know about Vincent?"

"We've had spiritual experiences and somehow Vincent had came along." Seth said with slight nervousness.

"Ahh, okay. We'll get comfortable because this is a long story." I say.

In 2014, our parents got a divorce, but before we continue there, I'll need to tell you the beginning.
Before my parents split ways, our father, Florence Scott, would always be arguing with our mother, Ashley. My father would be abusive to all of us, specifically me and my brother Vincent. My Mother tried to separate with him sooner but couldn't because he threatened to kill all of us if she did, and she didn't want that for her children.
My father and my mother use to have a great connection until my father started to have an addiction to drinking and drugs. He became abusive towards everyone because of it, if he didn't have it then he would rage. This happened for 3 years. When my parents finally got the divorce, my mom had custody over me as my dad had custody over my brother. My mother got therapy for both my and her. My brother was still being abused by father. Vincent tried escaping multiple times by trying to find me and my mom but he would always get caught. My fathers addiction got worse which caused him to be even more abusive. Vincent would try to stick up for himself but he couldn't since he was going against my father. The abuse got worse and worse to the point my brother started to self harm. He had cuts all over his body..including his face. He would continue to beat on my brother until one night, Vincent ran away late at night while my father was at a bar. He packed most of his stuff and left his phone and any electronics that could track his location. Once my father came home to a son that was gone and no one to beat on, he filed an amber alert. Once the police found some tracks of him after a few days, they found some of his blood on a road. They suspected he had died since of the amount of blood. It was filed on the news and recorded that he was dead. My father winded up in jail once my mother heard the news, she told them about all the abuse that happened. It was once suspected that my father killed Vincent, and the police always were against my father ever since the call from mom. He was put in a life sentence in prison for abuse and murder. The police never found his body though, but with all the blood they suspected he would be...

So. No one knows where Vincent is..he could be dead. Or possibly even alive, but I highly doubt it. They never found his body, so we don't know, but they did find his blood. So technically, he is dead.
My mother and I don't contact much anymore, as we split ways when I moved out. My father is in prison for a life sentence because of what he did, and Vincent is unknown. I'm practically the only one who is much known in the Scott Family.

- Matteo POV -
I personally believe he was brutally murdered. Somethings not right if they didn't find his body, but found his blood. I'll try to find more information about this soon...
