Inheritance! The Necklace of Death!

Normal P.O.V

Naruto started to summon some Chakra to his hand that spiral into a blue spear.

Tsunade gasped knowing that familiar Jutsu. "What? Wait? That Jutsu, it's---"  She was quick enough to react and split the ground in half causing Naruto to loose his balance and miss her. 

'Unbelievable. I never expected the Fourth Hokage's jutsu. ' She glares at the boy then the marking the jutsu created. ' Still, it's not like the real thing. Not coming from this little Genin.'

"Naruto, are you all right?" Shizune asked trying to help the boy up. 

"Jiraiya! Are you the one who taught this little kid the Rasengang?" Tsunade then glares at the older man. 

Naruto gasped upon hearing the jutsu's name.

"Well, of course I did. I'm his teacher, aren't i? What of it?" He simply replied. 

"You and the Fourth Hokage are the only ones who can use that jutsu. What's the point in teaching it to someone who can never mater it? You old fool!" She scolds the older man. "Giving him false hopes like that. Filling his stupid head. Making him think he could actually be Hokage some day."

Naruto glares at the woman as he stood up. "I'll show you who's stupid! Just wait! Give me just three days, and I'll have that jutsu down flat!" He declares. 

Tsunade scuff at his declaration. "Watch what you say, kid. I might just hold you to it." 

"I said it, and I never go back on my word. That's my nindo-- my ninja way!" He smirks. 

"Well then, care to make a bet on it?" Tsunade asked taking the chance. 

"A bet?" Naruto mutters. 

"I'll give you one week. If you can master that jutsu by then, I'll admit I'm wrong, and that you're worthy of becoming Hokage." She holds up the necklace that's around her neck. "I'll even throw in my necklace." 

Shizune gasped knowing how much that necklace means to her. "Lady Tsunade! No, you don't really mean that." 

"Ah, you can keep it. I'm not really into jewelry." Naruto said not caring about the jewel. 

"You numbskull. That necklace belonged to the first Hokage himself. There are only two like it in the world. Why, that little thing is worth three gold mines, and the mountains on top of 'em." Jiraiya explained the value of the necklace. 

Naruto had money signs in his eyes as he drool. "Lady, you've got yourself a bet." 

"All right. However, if you don' master it in a week, you lose and admit I was right." Tsunade simply said. "And I get the money in froggy." She holds up his money pouch. 

 "Not Gama!" He cried out. He didn't know when she took it from him. 

"Lady Tsunade, what are you doing?" Shizune approached her monster. "How could you gamble with the necklace?" She asked in worried knowing all to well what that necklace could do.

She scuffs averting her attention from the ravenette. " He hasn't have a chance of winning." She turns her back. "Let's go, Shizune."

Later that night, when they all decided to head to their inns, Shizune paid a visit to Naruto telling to break the deal off with Tsunade. She warned him about the curse that came to the necklace to those who besides Tsunade wears it dies. She even explained how much Tsunade had suffer since she had lost everything that was precious to her. Even so, Naruto wasn't going to give up. He didn't care.
