Things that make me dysphoric:
1. My girly scream
2. My chest (I feel like I should and should not have boobs at the same time.)
3. My kinda chubby belly (It's to the point where I don't wanna show off anymore 😔)
4. My thighs (Sometimes they look fat to me.)
5. Having genitalia (It's just...ew-)

Things I discovered that help my dysphoria:
1. Oversized t-shirts/hoodies (They hide my curves and boobs.)
2. Having a little facial hair and kind of a lot of body hair (I'd probably shave occasionally, though.)
3. Men's underwear (They're more comfortable.)
4. Sports bras (I would wear one when I'm out in public.)
5. Not looking down at "it" (I already do that, lol.)
