I did a pronoun dressing room thing on my Notes app for my friend that I started calling Ru yesterday, and he actually likes being called that!

Ru legit started crying earlier cuz of how confused he was. He started questioning his gender identity last night, and he immediately turned to me for help cuz I helped someone else with that in the past. I asked him all kinds of questions and I brought up wuite a few terms that may or may not fit him. I'm writing this while his boyfriend gives him some experimental painted nails and eyeliner to see if he likes it. I'm at his place right now watching him get his nails and eyeliner done.
He doesn't seem to care if he's not called "he", but "she" seems a bit odd. My first suggestion for pronouns was "he/they", which he seems okay with. Comment any of your own suggestions you might have for him!
Update: He realized he's not genderfluid, but he still doesn't know what he is.
