Surrounded by liars
Surrounded by liars can't deny
Lies like a snake, slithering and sly
Can speak with such ease and thrill
Cunning words meant to deceive and kill
Their falsehood pollutes the air
Spreading lies without care
Twisting truths and bending facts
Creating webs of lies and traps
Tongues are sharp like blades of steel
Causing pain that's hard to heal
Words like poison dart
Infecting hearts, tearing them apart
Surrounded by liars, what can you do?
Yearning for honesty, for words that ring true
Will you fight and play their twisted game?
