Too late
Tears fall like raindrops, a constant stream
A shattered soul, a broken dream
The emptiness inside is a void so wide
No light inside just a dark long ride
Heart's aching with pain that seems to never end
Wondering if my heart will ever mend
I tried to search for the light
Some ray of hope to guide me through the night
But I guess it's too late
To escape this poignant state
