Portals to Elnealin will be able to be generated by selected Destiny Clan members at any place on Earth, as long as it is secluded so that those unaffiliated with the Clan will never find them. Though the portals will be able to be generated anywhere, they will always lead to a Reception in one of the capitol cities such as Zomea, Testudine, etc..
Portals are generated in enclosed or circular spaces, such as inside arches or tree branches. They have a glass-like appearance showing the inside of the Reception in the center.
