"sorry gi, i've gotta go study for a quiz tomorrow." stella sighed as she got up from gina's bed. the two girls had been taking buzzfeed quizzes for the past two hours.

"no worries. i have to finish this dumb essay due in two days. wish my luck, my friend" gina laughed.

"always, m'lady." stella curtsied before existing the room.

stella walked into the tiny corner restaurant with a small smile on her face.

she ran up to the boy who was already sitting in a booth. he stood up, and they met in a hug. the pair sat down on the same side of the booth.

"how are you? i missed you.." he smiled, taking her hand.

"i'm good and you saw me this morning." she giggled softly.

"yeah, but i couldn't do this." he kisses the top of her hand; resulting in stella's cheeks turning a light shade of red.

"jace! be careful! someone could see." stella whisper yelled.

"oh come on stells, we talk to like less than ten people and none of them ever leave campus." he had a point. not to mention they were 20 minutes from the school, pretty far out for anyone to recognize.

"i guess, but still."

the couple ate dinner and studied together for the rest of the evening.
