The Incubus of Yokai Academy

Chapter 3

Professor Jaw led me to my homeroom class where a woman waited outside of the door.  She wore a white lab coat and had light brown hair with glasses , she noticed us and smiled " You must be our new student Kuran ?"

I nodded , she clapped her hands together " wonderful . I am Ms Nekomora , I am your homeroom and english teacher . "

Professor smiled " Be good . Ill see you at lunch ms Nekomora.." he flirted as he left . She held her face and blushed , I cleared my throat to snap her out of whatever her mind was thinking . She turned around and opened the door " Good Morning everyone ! I am pleased to inform you of a new student that has recently transferred and we all here at 3-A should welcome him warmly " she looked to the door where I stood , " please come in and write your name for us on the board "

I sighed and walked into the class , I heard some subtle comments but they were to incoherent for me to make out what they were saying.  I grabbed a chalk piece and wrote out my full name

    Kuran  Cyrus

Ms Nekomora smiled " now please have a seat next to Kurumu , Kurumu dear please raise your hand for us . The Succubus from early reluctantly raised her hand , I tired to suppress the smirk growing on my face . She absolutely hated me already and now she'll have to sit near me , almost ironic karma .

I walked over the empty desk beside her and sat down , Nekomora smiled " now , lets begin todays lesson.  Take out your textbooks and note books "

I took out a plain notebook , its not unheard of for someone to be short supplied when they start a new school . Ms Nekomora noticed I didnt have a textbook and looked around before calling out Kurumu "  Kurumu , please move your desk against Kurans and share your text book with him today "

Kurumu stood up in protest " what ? How's it my job to help him ?"

Nekomora didnt seem phased by her outburst " Kurumu , Kuran is new to our school and wasnt informed about his stationary requirements,  be a kind friend and help him please "

Kurumu groaned and glared down at me ,  I couldn't help but give a cheeky smile in return . She moved her desk against mine and sat down with a huff and brought the text book inbetween us , "there " she hissed . I shook my head with amusement,  I had no idea why she was so mad at me but I found it funny .

Ms Nekomora was explaining the task , asking us to write down notes she made on the board. I heard Kurumu gasp softly " wow " , I frowned and looked at her " what ?" , she shook her head " nothing its just your handwriting..."

"What of it ?" I questioned looking down at the my notebook , she blushed embarrassed " Its pretty .." , my face fell into a dumbfolded reaction " what ?"

She blushed harder like she was being forced to say these words " your hand writing is very beautiful " 

"Oh...thankyou?" I replied unsure of how to amswer , she huffed and looked ahead " just forget I said that " , I smirked feeling mischievous " forget...that you complicated me ?"

" I said forget it " she said trying to whisper but obviously annoyed.  I laid on my arms smiling at her , she forwned " what are you doing ?"

"Teasing you "

"You're childsih " she hissed 

"Yet you are enjoying it " I hinted , she frowned " no im not " , I smiled again " really ? Then why does the corner of your mouth keep twisting upwards like you are trying to stifle a smile ?"

Kurumu cleared her throat " im not...s-stop distracting me !" , I chuckled and sat back " okay " , I continued to take notes as Nekomora pointed out some helpful tips for exams , I noticed Kurumu's eyes glance at me now and then which made me smile . Shes so cute .

During lunchtime , Tskune came looking for me " Kuran , do you want to sit with us ?" 

"Sura" I smiled " Thanks " , I followed Tskune to a table and sat down across him , not to long after we both looked to the left and saw three girls walking our way , one girl I havent met his had blue and purple hair with a lollipop in her mouth , the others were Moka , Kurumu .

When Kurumu spotted me , she stopped dead in her tracks with a frown . I smiled and gave a small wave , she pouted as Moka walked back to her and tried to convince her to come sit . Kurumu reluctantly joined Moka and sat by the table , Kurumu of Tskune's left and Moka on his right with the other girl beside Moka . Tskune gestured to the girl " this is Mizore , Mizore this is Kuran "

I nodded to her as she did the same , I picked up a french fry and looked to Kurumu,  she was trying to flirt with Tskune and began a small argument with Moka . " Is this ...a daily thing ?"

Tskune looked at me confused " what is " ,  I pointed to the two girls " the bickering between them ?"

Tskune sweatdropped " yeah ..." , I looked at Kurumu with a raised eyebrow with the 'really?' gesture .
