How their universe works
Their birthdays are what day they came into existence. If someone inputs a certain age they want their character to look like, their character will appear as that age eternally unless it is changed. If two characters are siblings (like Skizo and Twilight), according to the age they're set at, Twilight is one year older, despite the chronological age being way more than one year.
Also, according to the set age, the character will get traits of the age group they are in based on the creator's command and preferences. So basically none of them have the same mental capacity as babies, unless that's set.
If siblings make one character each, those characters will be also siblings. But the age, age difference, gender, etc may be different than their creators depending on what the creator desires.
Example: Skizo is chronologically 6 months old (as of writing this part), but he has the appearance of a teen. Meanwhile, Twilight is chronologically 3 years and 24 days exactly older than Skizo, but her set age is one year older than Skizo.
