"Liam, can I ask you a question?"

The curly haired boy hummed as he munched on his burger. It was their break time and he was with Niall. The blonde insisted him to have their breakfast together as it will give them time to bond also.

"Um, are you and Greg together? Don't get me wrong, I saw you both holding hands and he was flirting with you near the lockers too"

Liam first glanced back at his bodyguards who were standing near the double doors of the cafeteria and then turned his attention to his friend.

"You can say we're getting close to each other"

"Woah man! You already have a senior after you. I can't even get the attention of the girl who sits next to me in class", Niall grumbled sadly making Liam laugh.

He didn't tell everything about himself to Niall. It's just that Liam felt he needs a bit more time to trust him. He's already an introvert, and Niall's outgoing personality doesn't match his.

"Just wait for some time, I'm sure she'll talk to you"

They talked about their classes and were done with their breakfast. Well, it was Niall who talked most of the time and Liam just listened to his friend's blabber.

"By the way your bodyguards are damn hot, especially the taller one"

It wasn't that hard for Liam to come up with a lie about Andrew and Zayn. Most of the students think he's some rich kid from London who needs protection 24x7, and the curly haired boy didn't change their assumption.

Liam's mouth fell open in shock, "You do realise he's way older than you. And Andrew has a wife and kids"

Niall shrugged, "I'm just admiring him from afar Liam, chill. It's okay to have small crushes, life will be so boring if you don't have one sided love"

Yeah, Liam can't argue with him now. He himself was stuck in similar situation.

In the morning when him and Greg had entered college holding hands, Liam panicked, "Should we really do this?"

"Liam, you were the one who came up with this plan, you can't back away now"

Mission 'make Zayn jealous' sounded pretty good in his head, but when he actually thought about it, he was now second guessing his plan.

Does he really want to bother the man like this, if a person likes someone then it should be confessed on their own will, not to be forced. And Liam himself has been on the other side, when Mikael forced him into their marriage agreement.

He wants Zayn to confess his true feelings when he's ready. Forcing him would do nothing.

All the conflicting thoughts had left his mind when he had seen how red Zayn was. The flame of jealousy that was pouring out of him could be seen from a mile away.

Zayn's fists were clenched the whole time Greg was with them, but of course the dark haired man controlled his anger. Liam was giggling inside on seeing the guard's pissed off face, and at that point he realised maybe this was not a bad idea.

The plan was simple, both will act like a love sick couple. Surely their crushes will feel jealous and voila, their plan will succeed.

But would it be so easy?

"Well, I'm off to my class. See you later?" Liam asked, picking up his tray.

Niall also nodded and followed him, "Hey you're coming to Fred's party right? That guy has invited all the first years especially"
