Leon, who couldn't help but raise his head in curiosity, stared at the two lovey-dovey girls in front of him. He surely had the first seat and the best view and he couldn't help but be fully awake with this scenery in front of him.

Weren't you ignoring your best friend? Why were you ignoring certain boys in the class, enough for them to chase you around the school for an explanation?

Why are you ignoring him?

Though he might be a person who loves to sleep and whose life is to sleep, he was curious enough of you to not fall asleep and actually pay attention whenever you're around.

He had unknowingly done this for whatever reason he had. He can't really couldn't understand it himself.

Sure, it was very obvious that your friend has always been better at everything than you, whether it be academics, sports, looks, you say it but it didn't stop his mysterious feelings to start sprouting.

When did it begin? Was it the first time he met you in the park? That time he saw you yet again but this time you share the same class? That time where he almost caught himself giving glances at you?

Heck, it was already too late when he noticed it and now he couldn't fully stop himself. He does love sleep and was always having excessive sleep time but lately, he has been losing sleep at night.

For someone who gets irritated when getting disturbed, he found himself getting fonder to you instead. Really, what was this?

He really didn't care when you started to ignore your friends but why are you ignoring him too? What did he do wrong?

He never really interacted with you that much but... He really can see what you're doing.

But now seeing you talking to Christina, his eyes lit up. Maybe you're finally going to notice him too now?

Leon couldn't help but feel mushy and giggly inside. Like a highschool girl fangirling for her crush but just mentally, he's a man, he still needs his dignity.

You notice someone staring at you rather intensely and you can't help but feel a familiar feeling because of it, causing you to have goosebumps.

You instinctively turned to the direction of where the seemingly heated stare came from, only to meet eyes with a pair of beautiful jewel-like Emerald eyes of Leon.

You felt yourself getting mesmerized at the clear and charming eyes that stared right back at you. You gulped when Christina tugged at your arm, pulling you back to reality and breaking contact with Leon, much to his chagrin.

For the entire time you were talking to Christina, Leon didn't stop looking at you.

It was kind of bothering to say the least.

You coughed as you faced the front, trying to ignore Ian, who said creepy stuff to you. It may sound like it's just a bunch of creepy crap but with the tone and face he used, it wasn't something to brush off.

Sheesh, what's wrong with boys staring at you for so long? What's their problem?

When you can't take care of Ian's staring, you turned your head and glared at him, the temporary fear to him bring overpowered by your irritation with him.

Unfortunately, this only fueled Ian's happiness as he smirked in return, raising hid hand to brush your hair with you swatting his hand off.

"Get your hands away from me... This jerk, stop staring." You frowned before reverting your attention back to your teacher who was lecturing about useless philosophy.

"Can't help it, especially when you look more prettier today." Ian flirted, to which you scoffed at. Isn't this Alex's job, why is he stealing it?

But then at least, the way he acted as if he didn't say such vulgar words to you a few hours ago, made you both relax and at least be comfortable enough not to be so awkward.

"Shuddup man." You said and he just laughed. He propped his elbow on his table and rested his chin on his hand as he gazed at you.

"So are you going to finally spill the beans about you avoiding me?" He asked, not caring that he can get caught by the teacher for not paying attention.

You sighed and stared at him with a frown. Well, you guessed there's no problem saying it to him now. Ian was portrayed as someone who doesn't have that much patience in the novel.

"I get insecure when I'm with you superior human beings OK? I'm just a normal girl with normal looks and all. Do you know how hard it is walking and talking beside you all without feeling so small? I feel like I'm always getting judged when with you, it feels like crap so I did that and took a break from all of this. There, do you feel happy now?" You whispered to him and Ian frowned at your words.

It seems he does kind of understand what you're coming from.

"Who were the people that were judging you?" That was his only question and you sighed, maybe he didn't actually understand did he?

"People you don't need to know. Whatever, just listen to the teacher.." With that you ended the conversation with Ian staying silent for the whole period.

Of course, he was deep in his thoughts after all.

In a empty hallway, at lunch, your friends gathered there with the only exception of Ian, Leon and Adrian as they were oddly busy.

Adrian, you understand as he's an athlete. Leon? Maybe busy sleeping. Ian? You don't know where he is. Not that you actually care anyways.

Somehow, saying your reason and feelings to your friends feel rather refreshing, especially when they're so understanding to you.

"You shouldn't feel like that Y/N, just let them be. You know that they're just jealous of you, besides there's no such thing as a perfect human being after all." Jeremy said with a smile as gave you a gentle head pat, ruffling your hair at the process.

Alex frowned at him and just smacked Jeremy's hand away from you but agreed to his words anyways.

Theo, who felt relieved that your cruel game is done, was rather sad when you said your reasons.

He didn't know you felt like that, his heart aches. Actually, everyone felt the same as him, you can practically see them feeling guilty.

You sighed and only smiled, wordlessly spreading your arms. Christina, understanding your actions, hugged you tightly with a small blush on her face.

The boys, who wouldn't miss the chance of having any physical contact with you, pushed each other in hugging you second.

It was rather a lively scene.

Even though you felt like everything felt like everything came back to normal, you know the moment you did something, something changes and can't be the same thing again.

It was the same with the aura around these people, it was rather awkward talking to them now.
