3 months later-

1 dinner had turned into 2 and two had turned into wherever he asked. Which seemed to be every weekend. Zion had decided to get Neece tested for ADHD after the first dinner when Wynter had discussed it in length. When the diagnosis came back positive, he felt a mixture of relief and concern. However, Wynter had been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, helping Neece to navigate her challenges and thrive in school.

Wynter looked at herself in the mirror as she dressed to get ready for her night out with Nyla, her best friend. Wynter slid into her outfit, a form-fitting black dress that showcased her curves. She paired it with strappy heels and a statement necklace. As she dressed, she thought about the first dinner she'd had with Zion and Neece. It had been so awkward and tense between them but completely oblivious Neece. She didn't know why she tortured herself with attending. It was only after the third dinner that things had changed,

She had gone into the kitchen after dinner to help clean up. In fact, Wynter had decided she had been done with these dinners. She felt Zion before she saw him.

Mr. Callum-"She started but Zion cut her off.

Zion" he said. Wynter took a deep breath in, trying to steady her racing heart. She could feel his presence behind her, his body radiating heat.

Zion reached around her to grab a dish, and Wynter's breath hitched at the contact.

"Zion I don't think-" she spun around quickly to move away from him but instead lose her balance. Zion reached out and grabbed her by the waist, pulling her into his hard chest.

"Careful there, Wynter," he murmured, his lips brushing against her ear. His touch sent shivers down her spine, and she couldn't help but lean into him.

They stayed like that for a few moments, lost in each other's embrace. Wynter couldn't believe the intensity of the attraction she felt towards him. they heard Neece's footsteps and Zion finally let her go, and Wynter stumbled back, her face flush with embarrassment.

"I'm sorry," she muttered, looking down at her feet.

"Don't be," Zion said, his voice low and husky.

They had talked about that night since but the light touches and heated looks from him set her ablaze and her panties flooding.

But tonight she would go out with Nyla and forget all about Zion Callum.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Tonight was most definitely supposed to be about forgetting Zion Callum, so why was he here at Club Tandem, the same club she and Nyla had decided to go to?

Bitchh ain't that Zi" Nyla screeched. Nyla was a wild one, always up for a good time and never afraid to speak her mind. They had just made it into the club and gotten both when Nyla spotted them.

"It seems it is," Wynter said coolly, trying to keep her composure. She didn't want to let on how much Zion's presence affected her. She didn't want Nyla to see how flustered she was around him.

We still hate him" Nyla asked.

Nah, we good." Wynter said, staring at Zion and his friend perusing the club.

Nyla's eyes shot up" Well damn when was that, what am i missing"

Wynter rolled her eyes. " girl you ain't missed a damn thing. It's not like that. We're just...civil towards each other now. That's all."

Nyla raised an eyebrow. "Uh huh, sure miss girl, but i remember how you got around Zion"

Wynter sucked her teeth "whatever"
