[Loon got up from the place where he landed, with minimal scratches. He looked at his surroundings and regained his bearings.]

"Well... That was something."

[The slug ventured forth once more, occasionally peeking over his shoulder to check if Techno was following behind... Oh. Right. He found a patch of Worm Grass (Wardia to Techno), and he caught the attention of a Rain Deer to help him cross over with a foreign plant. He sat on its back the entire ride and contemplated what just happened]

"What the hell happened back there? Why did Moon panic when she read 'Five Pebbles'? Who or What is that? Is it another machine like her?

[He'd turn to look at the deer, which looked back]

"Do you have any clue?"

[The deer, being nothing more than a simple animal, huffed and made Loon slide off, for they were at the end of the ride.]

"Guess that's a no."

[He searched for food and shelter, eventually sleeping and ending the current cycle.]

[After the cycle, Loon woke up much, much earlier. In a cold sweat, He left the shelter and proceeded forth to The Wall. It took a long time, but eventually, and after many, many near deaths, and many more murders, he made it. He proceeded into the facility and soon realized.. There was no Rain. He took a bite from a fruit he had recently collected.]

"Well, if I were an ominous-sounding machine that the entirety of existence as we know it depends on, I'd probably live here." [He continued on, determined to get to the bottom of this, but something felt off. Something was watching him. Something... Was staring directly at him. A slimy, strangely organic-sounding thing slid across the floor behind Loon, and when he turned... The Rot stared back.]
