jihwan and chaya's relationship go through alot. it was bound to have a few setbacks considering chaya's previous relationship with park junho and jihwan's original distaste for chaya. although at first jihwan believes that chaya is too much for him to handle, he warms up to her, feeling bad about her romantic dilemma. "cupid is out to get me" is their motto and when jihwan reluctantly offers chaya his friendship, these two swear to help eachother through his whole love debacle, slowly falling for eachother in the process. jihwan falls first but keeps quiet not wanting to give away much. chaya falls much later than him, dangerously late but love does wild things to people so she'll do anything to show jihwan her love for him, even when he thinks there's no point.

just as their complicated relationship was improving, it got even more complicated. how could lee fall inlove first and then not do anything about it? hyeonggeun, a boy who rarely bothers, bothered to put work into this relationship which shocked many others, including lee himself. "he isn't scared of me?" is all lee can think whenever hyeonggeun is around. at first he tries his hardest to act more tough around hyeonggeun, too intimidate him in a way but when that doesn't work, it confuses lee. a part of him doesn't want to scare him, infact a large part of lee wants to spend every second with hyeonggeun but he can't say that to him. they become friends and while lee can keep him crush silent for long enough, hyeonggeun befriending him really takes the cake. after what feels like an eternity (to lee atleast), hyeonggeun starts falling inlove but they both fear the other doesn't feel the same way so their feelings are kept in the dark for a while.
