Rainbow Dash's Pov

(timeskip; few years later...)

A few years from then and now we're all finally graduated in college! All of us bestfriends have our own lives now Rarity and applejack are now married, Pinkie pie is now running sugarcube corner,Sunset shimmer is a  Game streamer and twilight teaching students as a scientist. Sweetie belle and Scootaloo are also now happy together now that they're college students.

Oh I forgot to tell, Sunset and twilight are now together and Pinkie is with cheese sandwich. Meanwhile me and fluttershy...We've been married for a few months and Im glad we're still here together, And we're living the same house now.

"D-dashie?" Flutters came out from the bathroom looking so sick

"Is there a problem my love?" I asked her with concerned and stand up from my bed and go towards her as I hug her with comfort.

"I don't know I've been experiencing this for days I always vomit in the morning.." She said and I was confused. "Oh shouldn't we see a doctor for that now?" I asked

"Well I called doctor and she'll be coming here by afternoon" she said as sat down together at our bed and she leaned on.my shoulder.

"Okay but I hope its not that bad" I said and she nodded as I wrap my arms around her to make her feel at ease.

We've been together for years but I don't want to see her like this...

Third person's Pov

in the afternoon....

Rainbow dash was having a power nap while fluttershy is in downstairs, waiting for the doctor to arrive

A few minutes later a doorbell was heard and fluttershy immediatley went to the front door and opened it revealing the doctor who's bringing a quite big suitcase

"Hello,Im looking for fluttershy breeze?" The doctor asked

"Ohh that's me ehehe, Welcome come in doc" Fluttershy motioned to let the doctor in and the doctor smiled back and step inside their house "Also take a seat" they both sat down at the couch

"Would you like some tea or anything doc?" Fluttershy asked

"Oh im good don't worry so, what it the matter miss?" the doctor asked and waits for her answer

"Well, I would tend to have morning sickness almost every morning, I also feel nauseous and I would pee a lot even though I just got from the bathroom..." Fluttershy explained her problem as the doctor gets something from her suitcase

"Hmm Im not sure on what Im thinking is right but, I guess we would have to check on a ultrasound" The doctor said revealing a small monitor on the suitcase and things, Fluttershy was a little surprise on it

"O-ohh okay then doc" Fluttershy responded, and felt a little nervous

"Okay then so lay down and lift your shirt up a bit just to reveal your stomach" The doctor tell fluttershy what to do so she just followed what the doctor said "Okay this will be a little chilly" The doctor applied a smear of Ultrasound gel on her belly and spreads it

"Oohh its a little cold" Fluttershy giggled a bit then the doctor giggled back as she turned on the monitor while careesing her belly with a tool

Fluttershy was a bit nervous waiting for the results "So what is it doc?" She asked curiously

"Congrats Ms fluttershy, You're pregnant and the gender will sure be known for a few months" The doctor responded and revealed the monitor and then fluttershy was speechless and surprised about the results and got a little confused
