October 14th (same day as last chapter)

2 hours later

I was still doing homework in the common room and was the last person left.

I was getting ready to head up to my dorm when I heard someone coming down the stairs.

Draco.

"Oh hi!" I said smiling to see him

"Alina said you'd be here" he said

"Oh did you need something?" I asked picking up my books.

"We need to talk" he said bluntly

"About what?" I asked confused

"Us" he replied

"What about us?" I asked very confused now

"I don't think we should carry on" he started

What the hell was he doing?

Breaking up with me?

"Why?" I asked feeling my heart drop

"Too many things at at risk, it's better for both of us" he answered

How was he so calm?

I wanted to scream!

"You fucked me no less than 2 hours ago and now you want to break up? Get one last going before you end it?" I asked a small tear falling

"I'm sorry" he said

"That's all you have to say? Your the one that said to give you a chance and I wouldn't regret it. I mean I understand why would you want to date the daughter of the dark lord." I replied more tears falling

"It's not that" he said choking up

Why then! I wanted to yell at him but I held myself back.

"I'm trying my best..." I started but couldn't finish as I began sobbing

I hadn't admitted it before but I loved him.

It took me a while to realise but I do.

Now it was too late.

"I'm sorry" he repeated

Those words

'I'm sorry'

They mean fuck all.

I stood there crying as he just looked into my eyes.

He's never seen this side of me.

Why did he want to do this?

Why today?

Why now?

He turned around and ran into his dorm.

I heard the door slam.

I didn't know what to do.

I dropped my books to the floor.

I couldn't go back to my doorm pansy and Alina would overwhelm me.

I knew where I had to go.

I gathered myself together and walked towards the boys dorm.

I knocked on Theo's dorm door.

He answered and I began uncontrollably sobbing in his doorway.

How pathetic

He picked me up bridal style and set me down on his bed.

He shared his dorm with blaise.

He had a scared expression across the room.

He'd never seen me cry.

Not once.

None of my friends had besides Theo.

"Il go" Blaise said as he rushed out the door shutting it behind him.

I felt bad.

I didn't mean for him to have to leave his dorm.

"Y/n? What's going on?" The asked me wrapping his arm around me

"Draco.. he just broke up with me out of nowhere" I stuttered

"He did what?" The asked in disbelief

"I loved him, I loved him so much" I said

"Shhh it's ok" he said stroking my hair

"It will be ok" he added as I cried into his chest holding onto his t-shirt

I stayed there for at least 10 minutes

"I'm sorry I came here and interrupted your evening, il leave" I said as I got up wiping my eyes on my robes

"You don't have to" he said

"I do, Blaise left because I was here I don't want to keep him from his own dorm" I replied

"Alright but let me walk you back" he said getting up

"Ok" i replied

He walked me across to my dorm.

The girls immediately looked up at me.

Blaise was on pansys bed.

He got up knowing he could go back to his dorm.

"Sorry about that" I said to him

"It's not a problem" he said giving me a reassuring look

The gave me a hug "il see you at breakfast?"

"Yeah" I replied letting him out of the hug.

He left and I changed into my pyjamas.

I came out the bathroom and the girls looked at me again.

"Blaise told us what he saw. What happened?" Alina asked sitting with me on my bed.

Pansy came over and sat on the other side.

"Me and Draco broke up, I'm fine now tho" i replied forcing a fake smile

"Y/n you can't be fine already" pansy said

"No really I am, crying won't fix anything" I said

"That's true but it's natural to cry" Alina said

"I don't want to" I replied

"That's alright just know we're both here for you" pansy answered

They both squeezed me tight and returned to their own beds.

"Night" Alina called out

"Night" me and pansy replied

A few minutes later I could heard pansy lightly snoring and could see Alina asleep.

I was just laying there wide awake.

I couldn't sleep.

There was too much in my mind.

Why did he do it?

What are we going to do about the cabinet?

We have almost all the same classes and are pairs in some
