I just want to make it clear that in this story rogues are not enemies to pack werewolves.
1. They are werewolves who for specific reasons choose to not live in a compound and follow the rules of a set Alpha.
2. They are typically wanderers so they won't have a set home, though they may have a temporary home.
3. They aren't rabid animals,
4. They are obligated to follow the rules of the Regional Alpha they are under but otherwise are free to roam.
5. There can be Alpha rogues and multiple ones in one pack.
6. They aren't anymore volatile than the normal werewolf or human but they can be quite ruthless because of their lifestyle.
