⁀➷ "luffy, you said you're gonna head for sabaody, didn't you?" Rayleigh inquired, and you look over at Luffy as he devours a hefty portion of meat and gulps it down.
"I need to see my friends." Luffy spoke, "is that what you really want?" Rayleigh asked
luffy pursed his lips as his brows knitted together "Sabaody Archipelago. Remember what happened to you guys on that island?" Rayleigh said
You looked at the two men, and a deep sense of horror was visible in Luffy's eyes, which made you frown in concern.
"Do you think you can face tremendous powers as you are now?" Rayleigh asked "but i.."
Rayleigh then cuts luffy off "do you want to be reunited with your friends just to endure the same fate?" Rayleigh asked "i have a suggestion for now. Of course it's up to you to.. do it or not."

"what?" luffy asked, "Rayleigh, what are you saying.." hancock spoke, luffy then stopped her
"I think that's what you and your friends need the most." Rayleigh said
you rest you cheek in your palm as you stared at the ocean "but don't you think what luffy really needs now is to get his body and mind healed?" jimbei asked
"But my friends will..."
"Yeah, i think they will try to get to sabaody. The news about you has spread all over the world already.. as well as y/n " Rayleigh said
you scoffed slightly "i bet it has reached your friends by now."
"Then, i have to see them... i promised them, i gotta go to sabaody" Luffy said, you scoffed "didn't you hear a single word he said?!" You spoke
"now, now y/n no need to be so harsh, here's my second suggestion." Rayleigh said, You subtly pressed your lips together "huh?"
"what are you gonna do, luffy?" Rayleigh asked, "R-Rayleigh, what did you just say?!" hancock asked
"Weren't you listening?!" "That's not it!"
"I can't understand your intent! You know what's going on in luffy's mind now. Depending on your answer, i won't be able to forgive you!" Hancock exclaimed
"She's right! How dare you say such thing, knowing what happened to him? You're a harsh person." Jimbei spoke
you gritted your teeth "it was a suggestion not an order." You hissed softly
" you must decide, luffy, what you want to do." Rayleigh said, As everyone's attention shifted towards Luffy, your unwavering gaze remained fixated on the vast expanse of the ocean before you.
"I don't ever wanna let my friends... go through something like that again! If i do as you told me to, i can protect my friends?" Luffy asked
"I think it's worth trying. But you should realize you'll have a lot to do." Rayleigh spoke
"Okay. I made up my mind" Luffy replied, jimbei and hancock's eyes widen "I'm gonna go back. To Marineford" Luffy said
