week three {21/08/23}

so for the diet plan i'm on i am now on week three. here are the rules

• eat what your craving for breakfast
• eat healthy carbs for lunch
• no dinner
• aerobic exercises 3-5 times a week

so for the exercises i'm gonna be doing kpop dances because they're fun and i know that i'll at least be able to be consistent with them.
