getting exercise in is so hard like when i want to go for a walk it's either too hot or raining. the weather is never suitable to do anything outside so i had an idea of just running inside (on the spot obviously 🤦🏾♀️) cuz i was thinking if i can't walk or run outside i'll just do it inside but the next problem is that my room doesn't have enough space and even if it did i share it with my sister so i can't do it in there. my parents work from home so they're either in the office or the living room so i can't do it there. now the last place i can do it in is THEIR room but they come up at random times and can hear me running from downstairs 💀 so i can't do it there either so the only other places in the house is the kitchen which is joined with the living room so not really and the the toilets so nowhere
IM SO TIRED OF THIS HOUSE
it's so annoying and my parents always being at home
but sometimes they go to their office OUTSIDE of the house which is good cuz more space for me BUT it's always one or the other so one is always homethis is making me quite sad actually cuz all i want to do is exercise and make sure i'm reaching my goal in the right time but i can't because there's nowhere for me to do it
ALSO another problem
when the weather is good sometimes i just want to go for a long walk but my hair isn't done like it's not braided no hairstyle just my hair in a protective style and it just discourages me from going out (i have 4c hair btw so it's different)
and just so you know the hairstyle i have it in is just not nice at all like AT ALL.
i just get some hair, twist it and it's done.
it's not presentable to the public so i avoid going outso i'm looking forward to going to school because i live quite far away so i do a 45 minute walk there and a 45 minutes walk back and i walk all around the school to get to different classes and i do walks around at break and lunch cuz it's fun to just walk and talk with friends.
in the end that's a lot of steps and usually by the time i get home i've burned all the calories i need to just by doing walking that i needed to do anyways.so the pros of that is
• steps goal completed
• calories burned
• successful calorie deficit
• no other exercise need
• no time sacrificed
• gonna help me lose weightcons
• i'm gonna reach 55kg after school starts and my gw and ug will be delayed‼️i am not giving up on this wl journey and i'm not stopping just because it's getting hard or because i'm not getting what i want in time. i refuse weight gain and i refuse staying the same‼️
anyways that's all my problems for now
i just really needed to get those stuff out 🤷🏾♀️
