i went to a bra fitting today and obviously they got bigger because im still growing BUT my band size which is the number
went down one.
so if you don't understand the number is the measurement for the bit of the bra that goes around you and the letter is for the actual 🍒
so another good way to see if you've lost weight is by checking your bra size.
so the cup size may not necessarily decrease but the band size might
