i think i can do it but i just need to make sure that i stay on track and continue doing what i'm doing and stay away from unhealthy food because it's too soon to go back to normal and to be honest, once i've reached my final weight i can't go back to my diet from before because that was the biggest problem to my weight and i was so unhealthy beforeSO i'll have to have a balance between healthy and unhealthy

she basically just makes low calorie baking recipes and they're like proper.
it's a good way to eat what you're craving without all the excess calories and fats
