I woke up in Bubby's bed with his big heavy arm draped over me, I had no idea what time it was but it wasn't even sunny outside yet! I was so cold though and bubby's blanket wasn't keeping me warm enough!
"Bubby! Me and Juni too cowld! Need more bwankies!" I said from under his arm not being able to move.
Bubby just grumbled like a thunder storm and turned over taking his arm off of me, making me even colder!
"No bubby! Come back too cowld" I said as sudden tears appeared in my eyes.
Why won't he listen to me! I'm going to freeze like an ice cube!
"Bubby!" I shouted getting fed up causing him to shoot up into a sitting position.
"What?!" He asked looking worried.
"Me cowld!!" I said on the verge of tears.
"Oh my lord Kayla, you scared me. I thought you were hurt." Bubby huffed and said "Come here then" with his arm up.
I immediately climbed under his arm cuddling into his warm chest.
"You're burning up baby" Bubby said a lot more sympathetically than before.
Am I on fire?! I start struggling to look around my body, I can't see the fire though!
"No baby, you're not on fire, you must have a temperature though" Bubby corrects me and I calm down.
"What tempture?" I asked.
"It means you're sick baby" he replied.
Oh, that explains why I feel so cold and uncomfortable. I hate being sick it's the worst! You can't do anything and you have to take yucky medicine.

It sucks that Kayla's sick but it does explain why she got so worked up last night when I left.
When I came back around from my thought, I looked back down at Kayla to see her cuddled up to my chest fast asleep. I couldn't help but coo at her, she's just too cute!
