"Hi Joshua! Why are you here?" Seungcheol asked as he opened the door.

"I want to sleep at your place. I want to talk about Jeonghan too. We have a lot of things to discuss!" Joshua replied.

"Sure. Come in!" Seungcheol welcomed him.

Joshua walked into the house and flopped down onto the sofa, resting his head.

"Do you want something? You just got off work. You have to eat dinner." Seungcheol proposed.

"I'm okay. I just want to talk with you." Joshua replied.

"Okay then... start speaking!" Cheol sat on the couch close to the sofa, ready to listen.

"So... Before I confessed, we talked about the sky... and things like this. After, I went closer to him. We kissed. Yes! We kissed. He kissed me with tongue too! I thought it was the perfect moment, but right after I told him anything, he rejected me. Do you have any idea why? He already told me something but I don't know what to believe..." Joshua explained.

"What did he tell you?" Seungcheol inquired.

"He told me that he kissed because I made him feel how love is again. He is still traumatized by you." Joshua crossed his arms and zoned out.

"That's manipulation, Josh! He tried to manipulate you! I have a feeling that he will come to you one day and confess to you." Seungcheol said.

"That would be an amazing thing, Cheol!" Joshua exclaimed.

"You still like him? Pfft! How pathetic. He literally used you, tried to manipulate you, and you still like him. Joshua, don't believe in that boy. He's a psycho. Jeonghan will use you again if you accept his confession." Seungcheol warned.

But what if Jeonghan has real feelings? That's an interesting question.

"What if he has real feelings for me?" Joshua pondered.

"Well, he doesn't. Trust me! I know that boy, I even was in a relationship with him. He is toxic." Seungcheol stated confidently. Was this the truth? Was this why he always told Joshua to NEVER confess?

"Every time I hanged out with him, he sounded to be the kindest person on earth. I can't imagine him being toxic," Joshua mused.

"People have two faces sometimes. Jeonghan is a great example. Like, how this sweet little boy who was kind to you all this time apparently rejected you? He used you to stay away from his parents!"Seungcheol explained.

Joshua was overthinking. Seungcheol sounded like he was telling the truth, and his words had a lot of logic.

He might be right. Maybe.

"You're right. But I have one more question." Joshua continued.

"Tell me!" Seungcheol encouraged.

"Before I went to your place, I walked past his coffee shop. And there was a sign. The sign said that the coffee shop is closed for a while because of personal reasons. Am I the reason?" Joshua asked, a touch of sadness in his voice.

"Of course you're not. It's just that now that he's at home, his dad punished him. Or forced him to close his shop." Seungcheol reasoned.

"But why?" Joshua wondered.

"Maybe because of his behavior of not coming home." Seungcheol suggested.

"You're right, Seungcheol. I should forget about Jeonghan right now. It's sad because I really loved him... but that's life. He wasn't the right person." Joshua accepted.

"Happy to know you agree with me! Don't be sad, Josh; you know I will always be with you!" Seungcheol reassured him.

Joshua smiled. He had a truly wonderful friend in Seungcheol, someone anyone would be lucky to have.
