-Chapter 3-

Y/N stood before the imposing U.A. gates, her eyes filled with excitement as she gazed at the building covered in tinted windows. As her attention shifted from the building, she spotted a familiar figure. Her face lit up with recognition, and without hesitation, she sprinted over to greet her friend.

"Toru-Chan!!" Y/N exclaimed, excitement ringing through her voice. Heads turned as people looked at the enthusiastic newcomer, but she paid them no mind. Hagakure turned, her invisible form shifting slightly as she smiled warmly and embraced her friend tightly. The two were overjoyed to reunite.

"Y/N-Chan, it's been too long since we hung out! I can't wait to go through this entrance exam together. Let's hope we both make it!" Hagakure's excitement was palpable, and Y/N shared in her enthusiasm.

As they entered the large waiting room, they found seats in the middle. Y/N soon noticed the same person she had saved a few months ago. Her eyes widened in surprise, and a few seconds later, he also turned to look at her, mirroring her astonishment.

"Haah? What's an extra like you doing here?" he exclaimed, irritation lacing his words."What do you think? I'm obviously here for the U.A. entrance exam," Y/N retorted, her confidence growing by the moment.

"Tch. You're probably no better than Deku," he muttered, his tone dripping with disdain.

"Huh? Who's Deku?" Y/N inquired, her voice filled with curiosity. She couldn't fathom why someone would have such a derogatory name.

"The useless nerd," he replied, nodding toward the boy with forest green hair and eyes, the same one from a few months ago.

"HELLOOO!!!!!!" A booming voice shattered the silence, causing Y/N to look ahead. The Voice Hero, Present Mic, had arrived to explain the exam details, surprising Y/N. She had expected someone different to oversee the exam, not an actual hero.

After Present Mic's explanation, Y/N discovered that she would be sharing an entrance exam booth with none other than "Deku." They both found seats on the bus, with Y/N taking the window spot.

The two sat in silence for a while, but eventually, Midoriya broke it. "Hey, I'm Izuku Midoriya. What's your name?" he asked, his tone friendly and welcoming.

"Oh, I'm Y/N L/N. But, um, not to be rude or anything, I thought your name was Deku?" Y/N questioned, her voice laced with confusion.

Midoriya blushed brightly and looked away. "Oh, that's just what my classmates call me to make fun of me."

"Well, if you ask me, I think Deku is a sweet name. It's simple and quite close to your first name," Y/N remarked, trying to add a positive spin, even though she couldn't come up with much.

Midoriya's blush deepened, and he mumbled a small "Thank you." Y/N couldn't help but smile even wider at how adorable he was. As they arrived, they split up to face the robots individually, as working together was not allowed. Y/N, confident in her quirk, was ready to tackle the exam. She decided to target the 3-point robots first, then the 2-pointers, and finally the 1-pointers, aiming for at least 72 points.

After about 15 minutes of battling the robots, Y/N tallied her score to be 53 points. "5 MINUTES LEFT!" Present Mic announced, urging everyone to make their final moves. That's when Y/N noticed something strange—a 0-point robot. Although Present Mic had instructed them to focus on the higher-point targets, Y/N saw a girl trapped beneath the debris. Despite her initial hesitation, she couldn't ignore someone in need. She was about to help when Midoriya leaped high into the air and punched the robot with all his might. However, it seemed he hadn't planned for a safe landing. Acting quickly, Y/N helped free the girl, allowing her to make Midoriya float down safely.

As Midoriya landed, Y/N's panic set in. Both his legs and one arm were broken. "AND TIME!" Present Mic declared, and students began discussing their performances. Y/N observed Recovery Girl distributing gummies to replenish their strength.

"Recovery Girl!! Over here, someone broke both his legs and his arm. Can you help him, please?" Y/N asked, genuine concern for Midoriya evident in her voice.

"Don't worry; this won't take long," Recovery Girl replied, and she began to... do something to Midoriya. Y/N wasn't exactly sure what, but she noticed the girl from earlier vomiting. She quickly moved to help her."Hey, are you okay? Did you get injured anywhere?" Y/N examined her
for injuries and used her quirk to heal any she found to the best of her abilities. By the time she finished, exhaustion washed over her.

"Oh, thank you so much! I'm Ochaco Uraraka! What's your name?" Ochaco beamed with gratitude, and Y/N couldn't help but return the warm smile.

"I'm Y/N L/N. It's a pleasure to meet you, Uraraka!"

"Likewise! Well, I've got to get going now. See you at U.A., hopefully!" Ochaco waved and left. After a few moments, Y/N followed suit and made her way home, her thoughts filled with the events of the day.

I think I did pretty well with this chapter but the scene where Izuku destroys the robot wasn't as detailed as I wanted it to be but oh well. Can't wait to make a new chapter for you all!! Stay tuned for more. Also, midoriya does not like Y/N romantically that was just the first time a girl ever spoke to him which is why he's flustered.
