me and Vance sat on a plane on our way to Spain for the first time by ourselves, we have a little girl, ivory and she's been nothing but trouble for the past few months. So we are taking a small 3 day vacation to rest
I felt vances head rest on my shoulder, I smiled down at him as I never often got to see this side of him
"Sleepy, love?"
I spoke softly as I felt his lips on my neck for a second, then back to lying on my shoulder
I wrapped my arms around him as his head lay on my chest, his eyes closed as he relaxed, he looked peaceful when he slept

we were off the plane now, out the taxi and now we were both lay in our hotel bed, snuggled up as it was 4am right now
it was pitch black, I was still half awake as vances soft snores filled the room, his hands on my lower back and his head lay on his chest, my hands raking through his hair
This was the only times I was allowed to touch his hair, when he was sleeping
"I love you Vance"
"yeah, yeah I love you too"
"HOLY SHIT YOU WERE AWAKE?"
