41. Anger

Louisa's p.o.v

Shaking my head I hold his hands in mine saying "I'm not letting you sleep on the floor, especially with your hurt shoulder. If anything, we make Mako take the floor" Mako glares at me saying "hey!-" "is there a problem?" I ask as I narrow my eyes at him. He flinched a bit before crossing his arms saying "no..." "that's what I thought" I say before walking to the stairs. Bolin followed after me saying "you should listen to what Mako has to say, Louisa. He's already apologized to me, I forgive him" I look at him and see Mako slowly following after us.

We made it to their living area as I just say "Bolin, should I really hear Mako out?" "You should ask me that-" "but I'm not. Am I? Of course you'd think I should hear you out, I'm asking the OTHER person you hurt if I should. He'd know better than you on if I should hear you out or not, you jerk" I interrupt him annoyed. Mako looks to the side as Bolin looks at me, I look at him and he nods once "I recommend talking alone. But if you want me there, I don't mind that either" he reassures me, so I glare back at Mako.

I clench my hands as I say "lead the way, hot-headed jerk" he motions for me to follow him as we're back in the training room. In there I raise an eyebrow at him "you bring me to a place where I could hurt you with objects?" I ask him. He nods saying "if you do, please just use water; it doesn't hurt as much and I'll recover faster." Cracking my knuckles I say "with pleasure" with that I start bending the water instantly. First I swipe his feet out from under him making him grunt, then I kick him on the arm.

He grunts in pain before he rolled away and got back on his feet, but I make more water shoot at him in the face, he grunts at the pain. He flew back onto his back again before I just get a lot of water to go under him and throw him against the ceiling. There I'm just making him fly this way, his eyes widened before I punched him right in the face. It hurt my hand as he stumbled back a bit "that's for all of my hurt feelings and making me feel broken." After saying that I make some water harden into ice against his hand before moving that to punch himself on the shoulder.

Another grunt came from him before I make some water turn to ice on the floor and I slide on it towards him and jump in the air. I kick him in the chest as I say "that's for hurting Bolin!" He put his hands over his chest at this. "That it?" He asks in pain, but I run at him with my head aimed for his stomach, headbutting him hard. He groans in pain as he flew back a bit, then I Waterbended water to swipe him off his feet and onto his side. "That's for hurting him physically in the ring!" "Are you serious?" "Yes, because that angered me."

I crack my knuckles before kicking his hip saying "and that's for almost messing with Korra's head, you jerk" he grunts again. Though I'm panting as he sits up "you're tougher than you look, short-stack" my eyes widen at this. Waterbending again I make droplets of water harden into ice as I send them towards him. He grunts as some of them even leave a few scratches "that's for calling me what that idiot calls me." "You never hurt Korra for it-" "that's because I told her to stop and she understood instantly."

Mako looks down saying "now will you hear me out?" I look at his face and see all the cuts I made on him, so I sigh and sit down. "Go on then" I say as I wait for him to talk, so he breathes in and out saying "I didn't mean for this to happen. I love Bolin and Asami-" "and me, and Korra; what's your point?" I ask annoyed at his so called love. Mako sighs saying "you get my point, I don't want to hurt Asami and I never meant to hurt Bolin or you." 'The way he worded that-' my eyes widen as I say "you've gotta be kidding me- you didn't tell her."

He shakes his head saying "no, I haven't... not yet-" "you really are a jerk, I should tell her myself what you've done and the consequences of it." Mako's eyes widen as he shakes his head "no! Let me tell her, it'd be better to hear it from me. You know?.." I glare at him saying "fine, I'll respect you enough to give you that at least. Why should I believe you're sorry?" He looks down saying "I've been hearing Bolin crying all this time. I had to carry him back from his favorite restaurant because he was out all night eating his problems."

This made me feel worse before he adds "he used to do that when he was on his bad days, but I hated that he left to there because of me. Then we talked and he told me to apologize to you... I didn't know fully how much you liked Bolin. I also shouldn't have tried to blame you, it wasn't your fault and you had no partake in what happened. I'm also sorry for your glasses, I'll pay for new ones" I breathe in and out as I sigh. "Don't take this the wrong way" I mumble out, so he looks at me confused before I hug him tight.

I could feel him tense as I say "I can tell you're sorry.. so I'll forgive you; for now" he hugs me back as he stands up and spins around. "Thank you!.. I don't deserve it" "you really don't, but Bolin seems to want us to get along. This is more for him than it is you, ya jerk" "can you stop calling me that?-" "then stop liking more than one girl." He stayed quiet as his grip on me loosened, so I nod saying "exactly" with that I take a step back. Looking up at him I say "I haven't even been able to sleep well since that night, that's why I'm staying."
