Sebastian’s POV

I was pissed as fuck and I wanted to go home.

I was angry at everything and everyone. I started doubting my friendships. I started doubting everything they told me about her. I started doubting every fucking thing that came out of their mouths.

I just wanted to go home. Maybe I would finally have the courage to talk to her. Maybe alcohol would help. Maybe I could ask her if the video was real. Maybe I could ask her if anything they said was the truth.

I gulped down the rest of my beer and grabbed another can. I needed more alcohol if I was going to do any of that.

“Really?” Rhys mumbled, frowning at me. “Another one?”

“What are you, my mother?” I mumbled as I took a sip of my beer.

Rhys rolled his eyes and continued talking to our teammates. I was hanging out with them because being around Amelia and her friends was making my stomach twist and turn. I was ready to strangle them all.

My eyes fell on someone I didn’t expect to see here.

“What the fuck is Mia doing here?” I asked, making Rhys snap his head toward her.

Mia was standing at the back door, looking around the backyard with a worried look on her face.

What the fuck was she doing here? She was supposed to be at my house with Aurora.

She looked at us and her eyes widened.

“Oh, I am going to freak the fuck out,” Rhys said as he started walking toward her.

I followed behind him.

“Are you fucking kidding me, Mia?” Rhys said angrily as we approached her. “I told you to stay home.”

Mia gulped nervously. I narrowed my eyes a little.

“Rhys, I…,” she spoke, but Rhys interrupted her.

“I don’t care,” he said. “We are going home right the fuck now. Where is Aurora?”

Mia glanced at me and gulped again.

“That’s why I came here,” she mumbled. “We can’t find her.”

I almost dropped the fucking can of beer I was holding. My heart raced and a million ugly thoughts went through my mind.

“What?” Rhys asked, clenching his fists. “What the fuck do you mean by that?”

Mia glanced at me again.

“She left to go to the bathroom and she didn’t come back,” Mia said. “Tim is walking around the house, trying to find her.”

“Tim?” I asked, tightening my jaw. “Why the fuck is he trying to find her?”

Tim always had a thing for her and I didn’t like it.

“He was with us when she left,” Mia mumbled.

Rhys and I moved at the same time.

“Is she drunk?” Rhys asked as he barged inside the house.

“No,” Mia said as she tried to keep up with us. “She said that she didn’t want to get drunk. She drank only like half of the cup we gave her when we came here.”

“Fuck,” Rhys mumbled as we started looking around.

My heart was racing and I could feel fear gripping my insides. Where the hell was she? Why did she leave her friends?
