Sebastian’s POV

I was going to be sick.

A woman? Filming?

Why did my thoughts immediately go to…

“It was Amelia!” Rhys screamed angrily.

I closed my eyes and tightened my arms around Aurora.

“Amelia?” Rhys’ dad asked.

“That fucking, bitch!” Rhys screamed and I heard something hit the ground.

I opened my eyes and saw that Rhys knocked down a glass that was on the nightstand by the bed.

“Rhys!” his dad screamed as he went to grab him.

I looked down at Aurora. She was staring at Rhys wide-eyed. I placed a hand on her head and pressed her closer to me.

“Tell her, Sebastian!” Rhys screamed again. “Tell her what she did! Tell her what you did!”

My heart started hammering against my ribcage. I was going to tell her the truth, but I didn’t want to do it now. I wanted to wait until she felt a bit better. She didn’t need to hear that now.

“Rhys…,” I spoke, but he interrupted me.

“Tell her the fucking truth, or I will!” he shouted, trying to break out of his dad’s arms.

Aurora looked up at me and my heart broke.

I was going to lose her, wasn’t I?

I clenched my jaw and tightened my hold on her. I could feel the tears burning the corners of my eyes.

“Sebastian!” Rhys screamed.

I gulped and looked at him.

“I need your dad and the doctor to leave the room,” I said, trying so fucking hard not to let my voice break. “I can’t do this with them here.”

“My dad is a cop,” Rhys said angrily. “He needs to hear this so he can put that fucking bitch behind bars where she belongs.”

I gulped again and tried to take a deep breath.

“I will tell him everything later,” I said. “I promise.”

“It’s okay, Rhys,” his dad said. “Let’s give them a moment alone.”

“Oh, I am not fucking leaving,” Rhys said as he broke out of his dad’s arms. “I am not leaving her alone.”

His dad wanted to argue, but I interrupted him.

“It’s okay, Mr. Williams,” I said. “Rhys can stay.”

Mr. Williams sighed and looked at the doctor. He motioned toward the door. I watched them leave the room and my heart was racing faster and faster with each step they took. It felt like it would just jump out of my body.

“Tell her,” Rhys said as soon as his dad closed the door.

I took a deep breath and looked at Rory. I leaned in and kissed her forehead.

“Before I begin I want you to know that I am so fucking sorry,” I mumbled, my voice quiet and strained. “I made the biggest mistake of my life and I will be making up for it until the day I die.”

Rory furrowed her eyebrows a little.

“I was an idiot, Rory, I…,” I spoke, but Rhys interrupted me.

“Tell her,” he said angrily.

I looked at him and gritted my teeth. I wanted to punch him.

“What did you do?” Rory asked quietly, making me look back at her.
