Chapter 10

Third pov

After Richard got done checking over all of her injuries she was allowed to leave the room Zion placed his shirt back over her and lifted her up and left Richard in the room to read over everything he wrote down

Zion received a text from his father saying her cat was almost done at the vet so not to let Marci worry about him in the mean time he texted back that the doctor appointment needed to be discussed with the family when they all were back

He brought Marci to her shared room and when he placed her down on the bed she refused to let him go so he down down on the bed with her cradled in his lap

After 2 hours he listened to her snore and knew she was asleep so he removed her from his lap and laid her on her side of the bed he left the room and left the door open and made his way to the kitchen to get water for when she woke up

Right when he started filling her glass his father and three cousins walked through the door with the cat they placed bread on the floor and he ran up the stairs never being away from his mother for long he jumped in bed with her and went straight into her head

Ricardo Zion's father made his way to his son and asked him where everyone else was and what was the news regarding his niece Zion took a deep breath and started explaining everything he watched as his fathers knuckles turned white from clenching his fist so hard

Marci's brothers made there way up to her room to check on her to see her sleeping and came back downstairs 5 minutes later Zion was explains where his uncle and other brothers are and why and all of them made there way downstairs

All the men were furious but decided to wait and let there father handle it the rest of there family made there way through the front door holding items for the house and to gift to Marci but when they noticed she wasn't with the others they left the gifts in the living room and asked why the house feels really tense

And Zion having already explain everything twice now let his father deliver the news to the rest

Havoc started the woman all cried hearing about marcis condition while the men in the room all stared at each other grandpa walked over to to his wife and held her and left the room to go see the bastard who done more than enough to his family

Thoughts of ending the torture tonight all the men went downstairs to the basement they watched there father and uncle beat this man who was unrecognizable and took there own turns and adding to his torture

After they all had their own turns they returned to the living room seeing Marci was holding her cat while talking with all the woman in the family

Each one of the boys snuck away to go shower and change before heading back downstairs

Richard walked out of the medical wing and came face to face with all of the Rossi family he cleared his throat and grandma decided she couldn't hear anymore then what she was already told so she took maxi to her room and told the maids to bring all the gifts upstairs

Downstairs Richard let all the men and few woman know of everything that he found out from today's appointment Malachi dug his head into his hands and just listened

After discussing everything Richard left and everyone looked at each other when grandpa spoke up "Bring in your ex wife I don't care if she's barely alive get her here" and with that he left Leon texted his friend the information about his mother's whereabouts

His friend never questioned anything he went and starting digging up to find this woman no matter what problems came forward he never let Leon down

Upstairs grandma was showing Marci all of the new clothes they got her and a few things for her room and even some items for bread

She smiled and was thankful wanting nothing more than to open everything she was a little sad there wasn't any big clothes for her to wear but than she smiled because Zion didn't seem to mind to share his

After going through everything her grandma told her to shower and try on some of the clothes and meet her downstairs

As soon as she left the room Maci ripped open some toys for bread and started heading towards the shower

She looked in the mirror after undressing and seen her purply blue chest was getting worse before it was getting better but she ignored it

After showering she went back into the room to grab a new pair of joggers and a t shirt to put on she liked her cousins shirt more but was thankful for the clothing she did receive but she wanted something of his to put on still so she went back over to his bag and seen a big black sweater

Throwing it on she made her way downstairs to all of her family her grandmother smiled at her and invited her over

Everyone changed their conversation to the upcoming ball they were throwing to introduce Leon as the new capo and Marci into the limelight of everything

It was important for them to let it be known to all the families that the Rossi family had a new member and none other than a princess at that
