You and Jungwon started out as academic rivals.. now something else is happening, these feelings.. you can't control them, what is that feeling?

i was just about to lay down on my bed until I received two notifications on my phone
I lazily snatched my phone and opened it
"Huh? Y/n?" It was a message from Jake, he sent me a picture of y/n at a club with a sketchy man. With a message that says, "it's either y/n is drunk or the man is drunk dude"
"Now why is he with y/n.. the heck?" I stood up from my position and quickly asked Jake where the club was at
He replied after a few minutes and I rushed to the club, why was I running so fast? Why am I worried? And why is that man so close to y/n?
Those thoughts swarmed my mind while sprinting to the club
I pushed the door open and my eyes quickly tried looking for y/n, I saw jake absolutely wasted in the far corner of the club and I quickly walked over to him
"Jake are you okay?" I breathed out, "and where's y/n?"
"All you care is y/n! Your amazing friend right here is wasted and all your saying is y/n y/n y/n" Jake said in a lazy voice and started lightly punching my chest
"Okay sorry" I laughed, "okay my amazing beautiful friend, if you tell my where y/n is, you'll be my favorite friend" I cringed from what I just said, but this always works so I had to do what I had to do
"Really?"
"Yea.."
"PINKY PROMISE?"
"YES JUST TELL ME"
"Ok she's right there at the counter stupid donkey" he pointed out and looked at sunghoon who was just watching all this
"Okay thanks!" I quickly said and started running over to the bar counter
"What do you think your doing?" I grabbed the man's collar, "and let her go" I glared right into this middle aged guy's pupils
"Oh so is this your boyfriend your talking about?" He smirked and looked over to y/n
Boyfriend? She has a boyfriend?....
My heart ached from the thought, there's no way, then I should've known! Why does it hurt so much?
"Ye-yes! He's my boyfriend!" Y/n broke the silence and spoke up, "now leave me alone!" She shouted as the man left in embarrassment
But she shouted a bit too loud...
"WHATTTTTTTT" I heard Jake say with his eyes wide open, "AM I THAT DRUNK OR DID SHE ACTUALLY SAY THAT" he stood up trying to get back to his senses while y/n's friends were just... one of them fainted and the other one started crying
"So tell me, are you guys actually dating?"
We are now at y/n's house trying to rearrange this 'problem' that just happened, now both of y/n's friends are interviewing us, thankfully the other friend who fainted gained consciousness, while jake and sunghoon were sleeping on the couches
"Okay I have my reasons! Really!" Y/n said trying to defending herself, "he was asking if I had a boyfriend so I said yes so he would leave me alone and poof! Jungwon came in so I had no other option to say he was my boyfriend, done."
"Jungwon, do you think this is true?" One of her friends asked
"I mean, yea I guess? She's not my girlfriend neither am I her boyfriend so yea, it's pretty much true" I shrugged, I'm just relieved that y/n doesn't have a boyfriend .
"Hmmm okay! If you say so..BUT." The other friend said, "do you like eachother?"
Wait..
Do I?
Or do I not?
"I-" y/n paused, she looked as if she wasn't sure either
Okay, maybe.. I do like her, but even so, does she like me back?
"Ah these clueless idiots" Jake randomly said out of the blue, since when did he wake up? "Jungwon didn't you ditch sunoo and Niki just for her?" Jake said, obviously in a drunk manner, "that's living proof you like her!!! Stupid.."
He blacked out again and the atmosphere was awkward again, "haha, he's funny when he's drunk right?" I chucked breaking the awkwardness
"We'll just leave you two alone" the two friends said in sync and left
"So... uh you like the stars?" Y/n said after they left, "yea, I love stargazing, how about you?"
She quickly turned her head at me, "me too! Let's go stargaze"
We were both outside the balcony look at the stars
Well, only one of us were looking at the stars. I was looking at y/n, only today, did the stars feel not amusing to watch
Her hair flew in the same direction as the wind, it wasn't anything special but she looked unreal at the time, everything just felt so perfect, her face, her hair, the way she smiles at the stars as if she's watching a comedy show, just, everything.
"It's pretty obvious isn't it?" Y/n spoke out
"Huh Whats obvious?" I answered
"Oh you didn't know?"
"Know what?"
"That I like you."
