Three days had passed since the attack. Antonio told us to take a few days off for our protection. Today we go back to school after the whole incident
There was an uncomfortable feeling building in my stomach but I don't know why. I shrugged the feeling off and took a shower quickly

I got out of my room and saw Matteo standing in front of me
"Good morning Sorellina" he said with a cheeky smile
"Morning Matteo" i said placing a kiss on his cheek
"Let's go we gotta eat and go to school" he said and pulled me towards the dining room
When we got there we saw everyone already settled down and waiting for us
"Hurry up. I want you guys to be extra vigilant today. Non of what happened that day should repeat itself. Are we clear?" Tony said sternly and gave me a subtle glare
"Yes" we mumbled together
We ate our breakfast and piled in the car and made our way to school. On the way none of us talked, I could tell everyone was still trying to stay alert for any possible danger.
We arrived and I got down and made my way to my locker. I saw my friends standing there with giddy smiles and I chuckled
"Hey babygirl!" Blake said with a wide smile as he twirled me around
"Hey Blake" I replied and kissed his cheek
"Buttercup how are you?. Why didn't you come to school for so long?" Nathan asked as he hugged me
"Family issues" I said vaguely and I saw Landon, Noah and Ethan exchanging looks
"Okay well let's get to class hmm?" Aaron said slinging his shoulder over mine
I could tell the twins and Ethan had alot of questions but were holding themselves back which I was grateful for
Aria, Lexi and I made our way to our physics class and sat next to each other. I focused on the teacher and blocked out every other thing. I had a bad feeling
I noticed Lexi fidgeting with her fingers and stealing glances at me frequently through out the class but I chose to ignore her
The period went by quickly and we went out of the class and I went to my Math class with Nathan and Kyle
Timeskip- After school I went to take my books out of my locker and a letter fell out. I slowly picked it up and opened it, my breath got stuck in my throat when I read the content of the letter
"Dear gabby dolly , How did you like my little present?. By present I mean your mother's death, she was a stupid naive bitch. Wanna know how I killed her? I hired the truck driver, the truck driver waited at the assigned spot and when he saw the taxi, he ran them over, crushing your mother to death. Don't worry you're gonna meet her again my Dolly Your dearest, Luke"
My hands shook violently, my tears fell as the dam broke. Luke is back, he will kill me like he killed my precious mother. I let out a sob, my tears blinding my vision
"No m-mum pl-please I- can't. No" I couldn't make a proper sentence. Someone tapped my shoulder and I flinched
"Are you okay mi amor?. Why are you crying?" I looked up and saw Alessio through my blurry vision looking at me worriedly
"N-nothing" I stuttered and he gave me a questioning look, my tears just wouldn't stop running
"Who hurt you?" He asked curiously and I shoved him roughly
"I said it's nothing. S-stay away f-from me. L-leave m-me a-alone!" I yelled at him and backed away from him. I squeezed the paper and threw it away
I ran as quickly as my legs could take me. My eyes searched for my brothers but I only saw Bruno and I rushed to him, crashing into his body
Bruno's pov I was talking to a couple friends I made when all of a sudden my Gabriella crashed into me and started crying in my arms, she was in pain. I could sense it, whoever hurt her will pay dearly
"What happened bambina?" I asked as I caressed her hair and back but she wouldn't calm down. I saw from the corner of my eyes that our brothers were running towards us with worry etched on their faces
"Farfalla tell us what happened, you're worrying us baby" Damon said and caressed her face. By now alot of people started staring at us but we didn't care, all that mattered to us now was our bambina
"You can tell us baby" I encouraged her and her sobs turned into sniffles and hiccups
"L-luke" she stuttered and her brothers froze yet again at the mention of his name
"It's okay, why don't we go home and tell Antonio and the others. Everyone is staring" Stephano whispered in her ear and she slowly nodded
She tried to walk but her legs gave out and Damon immediately caught her and carried her princess style to the car
Gabriella's pov When the car pulled up I and my brothers got out and walked in, my eyes welled up again, i don't want to die, especially not by Luke's hands
"What's wrong sorella?" Angelo asked as he was the first one to notice us
"What happened bambina why are you crying?" Emilio asked and I rushed to him and hugged him tightly
"What happened to her?!" Nicolo snapped at the boys and they shrugged in response
"Please tell us what happened bambina. I can't see you like this" Leonardo pleaded and I took shaky breaths and finally told them what happened
My eyes caught Antonio as he walked in with Dom and Ales. I felt anger boiling in my veins
"YOU TOLD ME HE WAS DEAD!" I yelled at him, he looked confused until Emilio told him what happened
"Bambina listen to me, it might have been a prank because it's not Luke" Antonio said softly
"How do you know that! It was Luke. Only he calls me that, how could the person know how my mother died!" I yelled at him with mixed emotions
"I know that because I killed him myself bambina!" He said and I shook my head. It couldn't be a prank
"No he's not, he's very much alive" I said and he stared at me in pity
"I know he is dead. Someone could've just been playing a prank on you" he explained, could he be right?. Could someone be playing a prank on me but how did they know every detail?
"I guess you're right" I mumbled
"Come have something to eat" Angelo said
"I'm not hungry, thanks. I'll just be in my room" I said softly and went back to my room. I didn't have dinner either and I was happy that they didn't try to force me
