Jaune, Ruby, And Y/N walked into the Auditorium, Filled to the brim with people. Y/N looked around to room, Scanning around for Either Yang or F/N, Mostly F/N because That boy can't be left alone without getting into a fight.. Well that's if Weiss get's insulted or something.. Which will only take so long. Y/N was taken out of his thoughts when he heard Yang's voice, Looking at her nudging Ruby, nodding at yang once the red girl looked at him.

"Ruby! Y/N! Over here, I saved you a spot!"

Y/N and Ruby started to walk to Yang, And Jaune slumped

"Gotta go, dude, We'll see ya after the ceremony."

"Yeah.. C'mon... Where am I supposed to find another nice, quirky girl to talk to?!"

Ruby stopped next to Yang, who slung her arm around Ruby.

"So, How's your first day going, Little sister?"

"You mean since you ditched me and I exploded?"

"Yikes! Meltdown already?"

"No, she actually exploded, there was fire, Lightning and.."

Y/N and Ruby looked at each other quizzical looks, pondering the same question.

"..I..Ice?"

"Are you two being sarcastic?"

"Ugh! I wish! I tripped over some crabby girl's luggage, and then she yelled at me, and then I sneezed, and then I exploded, and then she yelled at me again, and I felt really, really bad, and I just wanted her to stop yelling at me!"

"That Crabby Girls right behind you~"

Ruby turned around to see a squatting F/N with his legs spread out so he could he rest his lanky arms on them- Who was almost as tall as the Angry Weiss next to her. F/N Sat in an almost chibi form but still maintained his lankiness.

"You!"

Ruby Jumped into Yang's arms, leading to a face palming Y/N

"Oh God. It's happening again.."

"Oh God! It's happening again!"

"You two are lucky we weren't blown off the side of the cliff!"

"Come on- It was an accident!"

"We said we were sorry!"

Weiss held up a pamphlet and held it to Ruby, then started speaking faster and higher pitched

"Uhh..?"

"Do you really want to make it up to me?"

"Read this- And don't talk to me again!"

Yang spoke up, Raising a hand.

"Look, uh, it sounds like you two just got off on the wrong foot. Why don't you start over and try to be friends, okay?"

"Yeah! Great idea, sis!"

Ruby cleared her throat and held her hand out, a grin on her face.

"Hello, Weiss! I'm Ruby! Wanna hang out? We can go shopping for school supplies!"

"Yeah! And we can paint our nails and try on clothes and talk about cute boys, like tall, blond, and scraggly over there!"

Jaune looked over, to be met with Y/N Holding back a charging F/N who had a ball of Blue energy in his hand, Y/N looked exasperated but had an amused smile on his face, giving a small wave to Jaune before looking back at the conversation with Ruby and Weiss.

"Wow, really?!"

"No."

The group's attention is drawn to the stage, where Professor Ozpin is readying the microphone, with Glynda beside him.

"I'll... keep this brief. You have traveled here today in search of knowledge, to hone your craft and acquire new skills, and when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy, in need of purpose, direction."

Y/N Frowned, looking over at F/N who had a similar reaction.

"You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step."

Ozpin walked off as Glynda took a step up and spoke into the microphone.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight; tomorrow, your initiation begins. Be ready. You are dismissed." 

The group looked at each other, all having a similar thought process, Y/N opting to speak first.

"He seemed like he.. was in a bad mood? Rough day maybe?"

"Yeah, Seemed like he wasn't all there."

Yang opened her mouth to say something but Jaune came over.

"I'm a Natural blonde Y'know!"

Weiss slowly put a hand on her forehead in exasperation, F/N mocked this, doing his own forhead touching and entitled stance.
