In Taisho-Era Japan, Eizoshi Seikatsu, a 15 year old boy, is a wandering devil in disguise. While he was once human, he had lost his memories due to an accident he took part in a few years ago, and was mysteriously turned into a devil from an unknow...
The hours passed as Eizoshi made his way to the Final Selection, with his sword sheathed on his waist and his arm covered with a black sleeve so that people won't suspect the fact he is a devil rather than a human being. Along the way, he stopped at nearby villages to eat some food for strength before resuming his journey.

Some time passed later, and he found himself a pair of large, white stairs surrounded by purple wisteria trees, which meant that he had reached his destination. As he made his way up to where the new Demon Slayers gathered, he spotted a boy of 15 years walking towards the top of Mt. Fujikasane (place of Final Selection) with a blue kimono covered with white clouds, staring and admiring the wisteria trees.

He wore a warding mask in the shape of a fox, with black bagged pants and had earrings in the shape of Hanafuda cards. He also had a rare color mix of red and burgundy on his hair, along with his eyes. On his forehead, there was a giant, patched scar, with partially hid from where his mask was.
As he reached the summit of Mt. Fujisakane, he saw other Demon Slayers wearing the normal Corps uniform and wearing black and blue haoris that looked worn out and torn. While the regular slayers looked prepared to head inside the mountain, there were others that stood out to Eizoshi.

A young girl was looking down at the butterflies that circled around her, and she wore on her black hair a pink and green butterfly-themed hair clip on the right side of her head and her ponytail. She wore a pink kimono wrapped with a red sash, with her sword sheathed on the left side of her waist. Her eyes, more importantly, had no pupils, much to Eizoshi's shock. They were decorated with violet irises with a shape of pink on the bottom of her eyes.
