Wait what?

I quickly get changed and then go back in the bathroom, I take a closer look at the bin. I pick the test up, I look at it and see it's positive. No one comes in my room, this is my room. I shake my head trying to think of ideas. I get back in my car and drive back to the after party venue. I find my mam and say "hey" I sit down and I try to forget about Zach. I couldn't see him anywhere so it made me feel a bit better. "Guess a congrats is in order" I whisper at her.
"What for?" She asks looking puzzled
"Your pregnant" I say
"Am I?" She asks
"Yeah, it was in the bathroom bin" I say
"Bails, I haven't taken a pregnancy test since Thomas" she says
"So who's been in my- savannah" I say
"No, she can't be?" My mam asks
"No wonder she put it in my bin" I say
Savannah comes over. "Mam, I have something to tell you" she says
"Your pregnant" mum says
"What? No?" She says
"Other than you two girls, in my room. The last girl was Freya or hazel" I say

I find Freya. I whisper in her ear "are you pregnant"
"What? No!" She says
Leah and Beth came over but don't come the full way.

Leah's pov

Me and Beth slowly walk over to Bailey and Freya, I hear Bailey say "the pregnancy test is in the bin it's positive". She walks off. I look at Beth "did you hear that?" I ask
"Baileys pregnant" she says
"The last person she was with was Hazel though?" Beth says
"Yeah I know, and you have too be at least 2 weeks pregnant before a test tells you" I say
"But two weeks ago was camp" Beth says
"I don't even know Beth. Maybe she didn't know about it until now" I say
"I think you can tell Leah" Beth says
We walk over to Freya. "Hey" she says to me and Beth.

"Oh, are any of yous pregnant.?" Freya asks
"No why" Beth says
"Baileys asking people. She found a positive pregnancy test in her bathroom when she went home" Freya says
"Is it her mums? Her sisters?" I say
"No, she's asked them. She said it looked new because she hadn't seen it in there before" Freya says
"How come she went home anyway?" Beth asks
"Someone-. Never mind, she just needed to get something I think" I say

Bailey pov

I walk over to savannah. "I know who's pregnant" she blurts out
"Who?" I ask
"It's Izzy, Lucas' girlfriend" she says
"How do you know sav" I say
"I don't, I just have a feeling" she says
"Okay, we'll I'm going to go see my friends. See you later sav" I say
I go over to Freya, Leah and Beth. "Hey" I say
"Oh, Jordan messaged me, meeting tomorrow at 9am" Beth says
"Oh that will be Stephy's birthday surprise. Then we have training until around 3, then recovery oh and I have some rehab" I say
"Why do you have rehab" Freya asks
"When I came back, I went on a run twisted my ankle that's all" I say

"And our first game is against Chelsea" Beth says. I high five her.
"We are so going to win that. Unless Jonas puts us on loan" I say
"He wouldn't do that. Not to you, maybe me. But I came from Sunderland, I'm strong" Beth jokes
"What about you Freya what's your first game?" I ask her
"Oh, for the under 19s for arsenal, yeah we have Liverpool" she says
"Leah?" Beth asks
"Oh we have Charlton Athletic" Leah answers
I get a message it was off one of the arsenal girls.

"Beth, have you gotten a message?" I ask her
"No why?" She says
"Nothing" I say and put my phone away.
"Who messaged you" Leah asks
"Just one of the girls from arsenal" I say
"What's the meeting about tomorrow?" Beth asks
"Chances are, stephs birthday. Then it will be about Katie extending her contract I think" I say
Beth hugs me and I say. "Looks like we also have a new signing two actually" I say
"What who? Let me guess. Jill roord?" Freya asks
I look at Beth and say "oh yeah, wait it's three"

"Jill, someone called vivianne miedema and a 18 year old. So don't know who she is. But at least we have some more talent to the squad" I say
Amanda comes over. "Bailey give me a hug" I hug Amanda and then Beth and Freya walk off. "Last time I saw you was at the airport. Are you and that lovely girl still together? I haven't seen her here tonight" she says
"Mum!" Leah says
"No it's fine. Me and Hazel broke up, decided it was best" I say
"Sticking to being single then" she asks
"Erm, don't know yet. I like being single, but also like the element of having someone. You know what I mean. But for now, football is the main focus. Win the league, qualify for the euros then we will see" I say
"Aah, you've got Chelsea first game" Amanda says
"Yeah. Kinda guessed that would happen" I say
"Still got your predictions skill then. Remember arsenal v Man City where you predicted the score" she says

I think about that day. "Yeah I phoned Olly on the morning. Then you took me and Leah. As per usual I predicted the score" I say

"Where is Olly and Hallie?" Leah asks

"Olly is performing a musical. Hallie couldn't make it" I say

Beth comes over. "I've got to go, thanks for having us. Arthur was a special man. I love you" she says and hugs me.
"Yeah, thanks Beth. Love you too" I say
People start to leave. Then Freya left. At the end it was me, Savannah, Lucas, Thomas, my mum, Danny Leah, Jacob, David and Amanda. We all start cleaning up and I sit on one of the tables.

I get my phone out. "OI, get helping!" My mam shouts at me. I smile and laugh and say "sorry was getting distracted"

"Ooh, new girlfriend incoming" Savannah says
"No sav, that is not happening trust me." I see Leah look at me. "However, I was just messaging Hazel. She was apologising, but no not a girlfriend at the minute" I say

My mam gives me a look and says "why was Hazel messaging you?"

I pick up a bin bag and start putting paper plates and cups in it. "Oh, just arranging a date for me to pick up my stuff from hers" I say
"You were never at hers" Lucas says
"Yes but she still has my hoodies, that I would really like back" I say
"Oh yeah the black white fox one, you give to all your girlfriends. The moment they break up or leave you wash it ready for the next one" Lucas says
"Hey! That's not true" I say throwing a paper cup at him.

"Is it not? Leah got that jumper, then Hazel, then whoever is next will" Lucas says
"Lucas just shut up" my mam shouts at him

3 days later

Izzy came over to see Lucas, "hey Izzy" I say as she walks in the door. "Oh hey, I'm sorry for your loss. Sorry I couldn't be there, I had some work to do" she says
"Nah it's fine, do you mind if I could quickly speak to you" I say
"No not at all" she says
We go up to my room and I say "have you been in here recently"
"No why?" She asks
"Not used my bathroom?" I ask
"No, what's happened is everything okay?" She asks
"There was a pregnancy test in my bin, it was positive. Look all I'm gonna say is if it was yours, Lucas will look after you" I say
"It was positive?" She asks
"Yeah, why?" I ask
"Do you still have it?" She says
"I think so"

I go and get it and hand it to her. "Oh my god" she says as she looks at it. "What?" I ask
"I'm pregnant" she whispers
I give her a hug and say "congratulations"
"Lucas is gonna flip" she says
"Why" I say
"He told me to start using birth control, I was too embarrassed to ask my mam and dad. I didn't get any, I thought the last time we did it, Lucas wore protection" Izzy says
"Protection doesn't work all the time, it's like 97% or something" I say
"Here, I'll help you tell Lucas, let's go shopping" I say
"Okay, I'll go see him quickly. But I'll mention nothing" she says
"Alright"
